Really plush. Lovely decor and ambiance and great food. Beds amazing and stunning grounds and room.

Slow reaction on handling a noise issue and medication removed during cleaning. Poor communications after we raised the issues with no feedback until the last day when room was moved.

Exceptional staff and food. One of the best i have stayed at.

My only criticism would be the doors on the rooms. Very heavy and no doubt very expensive but when they close it is like a gunshot. You only really get a sense of it once you are in your room and your neighbours arrive or depart but it does mean that a sleep in is rather difficult in the mornings and then later on in the evening. Its an expensive place to stay and this one area was disappointing.

Great facilities, we knew it was due to rain during our visit so had plenty of space options in the hotel as well as great location.

Le petit déjeuner médiocre pour le standing, beaucoup trop bruyant, des hôtes très irrespectueux et l’hôtel cher pour les prestations proposées.

Location was good for easy access to Quinta Shopping for bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was poor so only ate there once. Gusto restaurant wasn’t good value for money

Nice hotel, pool and spa were nice, bar staff very friendly

Overpriced, paid over 4,000 euro for a room on the 1st floor with no view looking out on a stone wall, so disappointing, was offered a new room which would have been around 900 euro extra. Got charged for water after 11pm which is ridiculous for the amount guests are paying… don’t annoy guests with such minor detail and cost for water….

Hotel is clean and very well presented. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The food is very good but it is very expensive. Hotel is lovely and I would highly recommend. This is our second visit and I would definitely go again.

What’s not to like? Customer service goes way beyond expectations. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The amenities: pools, gym, spa, basketball, tennis, golf and shuttle. Top notch poolside drink and food service. The food was consistently excellent. Rooms were much larger that most Euro Hotels and have nice patios. The front desk staff gave us great Restaurant recommendations and did the bookings. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful

The room and facilities were exceptional!

The service was very slow... food and drink took forever in the restaurants. The pool service was a lot better though :)
