This was the location we chose for our family vacation this year with our kids and grandkids The house was perfect, the right size for our family! amenities were perfect, the only thing we were disappointed in was we planned on grilling for Mother’s Day, and that is not an option the grills are very dirty,rusty, full of water. We had already purchased the food for grilling prior to arriving. That was a bummer. But seriously the location, the beach chairs, the house was perfect for what we wanted

The 8-bedroom home was wonderful for all of us. The outstanding feature for this group of friends was the game room. We spent multiple hours in it. Host provided great communication. Property was very clean and provided all that we needed. We highly recommend to large groups of friends or family. Location was great - multiple restaurants, golf, grocery stores and activities nearby. My group of long-term friends gathers annually, and the consensus is that this was the best trip yet! We will most likely be back.

The location is awesome, right at the beach. In the summer the pool would be great (obviously this time of year pool not an option-- but hot tub was!). The unit is well laid out with 4 bedrooms on each of the floors. The kitchen, family room, and game room allow you lots of areas to hang out with your group. They have thought of most everything for the unit from starter supplies, kitchen items, to linens, pool towels, and bikes. You can have your groceries delivered they day of your arrival and they will make sure they are unpacked before you get there. The property manager was very quick to respond to any request or question. Great Property!

Property was great for our large family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and we couldnt ask for a better location to the beach. Highly recommend to any one with a large group.

10/10! We traveled to NMB as a large group of friends and family, mostly adults. We sought after this house as it is very accommodating for adults The kids too). The rooms are large and with Queen or King sized beds. No bunk room or twin beds! The 3 full sized refrigerators were all used and appreciated. The first floor common area was great for our group of 20. The bedrooms were all located on the 2nd or 3rd floor away from the noise of those who styed up late for woke up early. The keyless access to the home is fantastic for a large group or the quick runs up the house from the sand. What really separates this house (as nice as it is ) from the rest is the hospitality. Jay, the home owner was thorough and detailed with all pre check in and checkout information. Stacey was InTouch for any needs during our stay. We took advantage of the delivery and stocking of our groceries before we arrived. Stacey also offered many concierge services, I would highly recommend for those not as familiar with the NMB area. We will return.

Property was very clean, had some updates, loved that there is all solid surface flooring throughout, had so many little extras already in place like laundry detergent, dish detergent call kitchen utensils and both styles of coffee makers, traditionally and the Keurig design, sheets were already on beds, towels folded neatly ready for use and more!!! We had 8 middle aged grown men and everyone loved having their own room, bathrooms were clean. The property parking was great! Pool and hot tub were a nice size and functioning. Beach is right there, loved the ocean views from the multiple balconies that wrap around each level. Jay and Stacey were in constant communication with us well before, just before, during and after our stay! Between family vacations over decades and other golf trips, this place was one of the best places we’ve stayed! Will definitely look this place up at our next trip!

Great location. Nice pool and beach access rite by the pool. Place set up great for family and friends. Game room with pool table air hockey and shuffle board was awesome for entertainment for kids. Will definitely return to this property sometime.

Our stay at the Salty Stay, Seas the Day Villa was a great experience. We stayed in an 8 BR villa plenty of room for our family and friends including a play room with a pool table and air hockey table fun for all ages. The villa has a pool, hot tub and fire pit which we enjoyed almost every day. The beach is a quick walk with easy access to and from the property. Stacey and Jay were excellent they made sure you felt welcomed… appreciate their hospitality!! They made sure your arrival and departure experience went smoothly with great communication. The property was close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores and several excursion businesses. There was plenty to do with the family and friends. When you arrive with excitement and enthusiasm and leave sad and exhausted then you know you enjoyed your stay. We thank you Seas the Day for a great stay!!!

4 generations got together & had a great time. Easy to get to. All homes on the beach are elevated with parking at ground level. Elevator or stairs one floor up to the unit. Once at the unit, first floor is kitchen, living & dining area, laundry, full bathroom & game room. Everyone loved playing air hockey & pool. Kitchen had tons of dishes, glasses and silverware, some pots & pans and bakeware. 2 dining tables seat 8, plus some barstools. 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and one in laundry room. We kept food in the kitchen and drinks in the laundry room fridges. We ate every meal in and never ran out of dishes, etc. Second floor has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (one is en-suite master). Third floor has 4 bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a hall bathroom. Tons of space for the 13 of us, could have easily fit at least 8 more. Pool and hot tub are nice. All the balconies got used. Several picnic tables on first floor balcony but we didn’t use them. 5 steps up, a short walk on a boardwalk (20 feet?), and 8 steps down to get to the clean, gorgeous beach. Concierge contacted the city to arrange for a beach wheelchair. They dropped off and picked up. Short walk around our building & the one next door to get to beach access without stairs. Very special that we could include ALL generations on the beach. Jay was very responsive to questions before the stay, and Stacey the concierge was very helpful and prompt during the stay. Every aspect of the stay was top-notch. Highly recommend!!

Great location, right on the beach & so closed to everything. Stacey, the assistant, was amazing. All our questions via text were professionally answered in timely manner. Our group age ranges from 0 to 65. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay. Will book again!!!

The house was exactly as described in the app. The location and proximity to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The communication with Jay and Stacey was better than I could have expected. Anytime we had any issue at all (all small things) they were right on it and took extremely good care of us. We didn’t have to worry about anything other than relaxing and enjoying our vacation!! I would highly recommend the Salty Stay properties and will absolutely use them again on any future trips to Myrtle Beach!

Initially requested 1 hour early check-in but so it could be cleaned they would not allow. But floors were really dirty! Black feet right away. No rugs in bedrooms maked dirty sleeping. Outside lights from joining condos shine bright in bedrooms all night. No towels in restrooms only 1 roll of tp. Game pool table is not level...not even playable. Only allowed grilling is in parking lot. Before we arrived i asking manager about property location she told me to read the email. Location was good for only beach....nothing else close by. I had a good time because i was with my family.

We LOVED our stay at Seas the Day! Great location & right on the beach! 4-5mins from grocery stores & pickle ball courts! Lots of sleeping space, numerous bathrooms & a well stocked kitchen with both kcup & brew coffee makers (this is a Q I always have when booking!). One of our favorites was having multiple picnic tables on the main floor balcony where we could spread out & enjoy a Low Country Boil together! There are charcoal grills, a fire pit, hot tub & pool all as shared amenities on site. 4 parking places under the building with 1 additional across the street. The hosts are PHENOMENAL communicators & will make sure you have a wonderful stay. They are very invested in making this an upscale experience for their guests. We enjoyed lots of little surprise extras! Highly recommend for a big group (we had 20)!!

Excellent location, but cleaning crew stumbled and things in the house were broken. Not enough linens.

First, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the villa. It was spacious and did accommodate my large group. I absolutely loved the kitchen and easy beach access. For the folks who have never thought about renting a Vrbo, they are now sold on that idea, because of this property. The only down falls were the bathrooms weren’t very clean and the mattresses were very cheap. The mattresses reminded me of the first mattress, I purchased with my first apartment. You can feel the springs in the mattress and several of the older guests complained that their backs hurt. Overall, I was pleased.
