Overall, the rental property is above average to stay for a short time. It is in a fairly good location (close to boardwark - walking distance) and nice neighborhood with available parking spaces on street for a big family that needs more than 2 reserved parking spaces in driveway. As far as the property itself, it has a good size with 5 bed rooms, and two bathrooms with 2 kitchen in a different levels, and 3 refridgerators, so that it can be cooked in separately. In additon, it has a good size of family room that people can enjoy watching TV, etc. However, here are the items that need to be improved for future guests: 1) The 3 bedrooms on the main floor don't have enough air flow. The middle one has the portable AC, but only cool air circulalion. 2) The bottom step of the stairwell that goes up to upstair has a diagonal step (not a full rectangular step). This configuration potentially leads a miss-steped and causes falling down, especially going down from upstairs (if you are in hurry and not pay attention for this step). We have two members in our family has mis-stepped and fell down on floor. So we consider it as a hazard condition. It needs to be improved somehow. 3) The property has 2 bath rooms, the one on the main floor was not flushing well. We ended up to use the one upstair with 15 people for 4 day stay. 4) The host is trying to response our request promply on the blocked driveway on the arrival day. We appreciated it. Overall, we enjoyed as much as we could!

We had a great stay in ocean city. The house is surprisingly large with two living areas, five bedrooms and three refrigerators. It’s stocked well inside but also has a number of well rated restaurants just a block away. Its about a five minute walk to the beach, which would have been a bit much with younger children because of all the beach gear needed. It was also very relaxing to sit out back in the evening overlooking the canal.

I LOVED IT!

We had a large group and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep! We plan to use the house for our annual trip next year.
