it’s was very dated, toilet smashed and dangerous, wardrobe no door, no hangers made from different bits of wood. curtains fall off rail and to small for the window meaning light all night, tv no signal on any channels, no parking

hotel room was in desperate need of a revamp dirt on walls , Marks over the walls and carpet , mould growing on the walls .

The location is great, close to the sea front & in bustling Kemp town. The bed & pillows, for us were comfy.

The room needs attention & a refurb. It's cold, very, we stayed during a bitterly cold weekend & on max, the rad was only warm, it needed bleeding...I said this to the manager/owners, they said they'd look at it & never did - they gave us an electric fan heater after I'd asked for one - the plug was open! My partner had a pocket screw driver so tightened it, we could have been harmed using the appliance like that! The TV picked up just 3 channels, we told the manager/owners who said they'd look at it the next day - we were out most of that next day & the TV hadn't been looked at. They said someone could look at it when we returned but it wasn't convenient at that time, for us & it never was fixed, no apology, nothing. The shower ran cold, every few mins! It was also clogged with limescale. The extractor fan was full of dust/fluff. The lock on the door was very loose also. All of these are easily sorted & should be for the comfort of paying customers! We paid £147 for 2 nights, this doesn't inc breakfast & I'm sorry, the room wasn't worth anywhere near that. I did read reviews before we booked & noted a small bathroom, for us, that wasn't really an issue. However, I have since read a good few customers saying similar to me here - so, there clearly are issues that haven't been addressed. We wouldn't stay again, good location or not!

Excellent location. Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. We all slept really well.

Shower room was uncomfortably tiny, but manageable for us.

Good position right near the seafront and all amenities. It was basic but clean. Shower cubicle was small and the water pressure dropped to a point where it wouldn't run at all for about 10 seconds before coming on again.

absolutely noting, it was easily the most awful place I have ever stayed in my life. i left to sleep in my car.

the room was small and dirty, the shower and bathroom was also so tiny you could barely move. the sheets smelt like pepper and sweat. i presume the sheets were clean but I don’t think anything under them was. I have without doubt never in my life stayed in such a hideous establishment. it was soul crushing and a total insult to think it was suitable to rent out.
