Great place to stay!! We choose it because super close to the bus station and we arrived/left by bus from Chile and also took a bus to El Chalten, so very convenient.
The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

We had a great stay at Destino Calafate starting before we even checked in. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions over WhatsApp. They even helped book a shuttle for us. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room was comfortable with extra pillows, the essentials in the shower, and lots of shelf space for clothes and belongings. The only downside is the walls are thin and it was a little noisy on the first floor near the lobby area. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the bus terminal so it’s very convenient for that. It’s about a 20 min walk into town downhill then uphill on the way back, or a short and cheap taxi ride. I recommend this stay if you want to be near the bus terminal! If you want to walk outside your door and be next to restaurants and shops, this is not for you.

Great value for a new and clean decently located hotel. Room is a bit small but management is excellent. Good breakfast. Excursions arranged through them were excellent.

The property is a bit far from downtown Calafate but when you have excursions the group that you hire will come and pick you up. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The heating system is great .
The front desk helped with all the bookings we needed even when the airline changed my flight they helped with my connecting flight change.breakfast is included and the girl in the kitchen cooked our eggs every morning

The staff was super nice compare to other hotels. The hotel is only 11/2 years old so its new and clean. Except their room key which is outdated, I hope they change to card key. Overall it was nice to stay at this hotel nd I will definitely come back again.

Awesome accomodation, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery and more, very helpful front desk and kitchen staff, good breakfast and they let you use dining area at lunch or dinner time. Hotel is pretty New so everything was in good shape and clean.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel which was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and responsive to queries on what to do in the surrounding area.
Areas of improvement include
1. Use of heavy room keys was an inconvenience
2. We had a early morning flight but reception did not open on time at 6:30 as stated so we couldn't check out properly (other guests on same flight faced the same issue despite hotel staff booking our taxis and knowing we had leave at 6:35)
3. Toiletries came in sachets which were difficult to use and were of average quality

New and modern hotel, feels a little like an hostel, but had a private room, bathroom is big clean and shower pressure is amazing. I don’t remember the hostess name but she was sweet and kind. Morning breakfast included is ok. 10 minutes walk away from the Main Street but felt very safe.

Easy to find. Great check-in, Adriana is excellent, spacious room. Easy parking. Breakfast is okay. Needs air-conditioning. Neighbours were noisy, not the hotels fault.

They abandoned us at the airport. We arranged to have a taxi pick us up after our flights from BA and take us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed, but they assured us it was no problem. They’d take care of us. When we landed there was no taxi, and the front staff had already left for the night. They never gave us an emergency or after hours number. We were on our own. When we finally got to the hotel it was past midnight, and all of the kitchens at all of the restaurants had already closed.
They also seemed very willing to up-charge foreign tourists. $220 for a hotel-provided taxi to the park? $24 taxi from the airport? Don’t go through the hotel for anything arrange things on your own

A young inexperienced hotel. Yet they tried their very best to please us. And they did a pretty good job too. Lobby and breakfast area too warm. Like the rooms! Better breakfast, perhaps including eggs to order would make a difference

The staff at this place is amazing! 2 days before my arrival, they contacted me on WhatsApp to make sure I had everything I would need for my stay ready. They arranged a taxi service to pick me up at the airport and also, they made sure to arrange and manage some of the activities, like our trip to the Perito Moreno glacier.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Definitely a 10/10.
