The most homely stay with a lovely host ! Jonny was great and the hostel felt like a home away from home, especially with gorgeous dog Dinero. Hostel beds were comfy, clean and secure with locks on both the main front door and dorm room door. Breakfast and snacks provided which was a nice plus. Would definitely stay again.

A slight plumbing issue with the toilet but seemed to be fixed later that day.

I've stayed in other hostels before but this is amazing you feel like home it's so clean and so fresh you would wanna stay there more, you wouldn't get enough for 1 night i recommend for long stays you'd love it

There's nothing not to like everything was pike.

There's nothing to like. To be avoided by all means.

1. Just before arriving (few hours before) we got a message that we have to check out at 9:00am sharp instead of 10:00am as host has another arrivals. If we are not happy she will cancel our booking. No choice - we agreed. 2. When we arrived we found there a workmen assembling furniture and all his tools and materials in the communal area - nowere to step. 3. One room without any windows and room size just for a small double bed to fit in. 4. Host left for our breakfast 3 bananas (we were family of 4 persons), some clementines (one were rotten) and some milk and cereals. 5. The dining table were left dusty + pieces of furniture + lots of other stuff. On the floor were plenty of black bags with something inside. 6. Washing machine was left with laundry inside and we had to empty it in order to use it. 7. After midnight somebody arrived to the property (somebody known by the host) and was drinking beer in the comunal area and playing play-station and we couldn't sleep well. It was a short description of this "accommodation" and realy rude host... Just avoid it. We are staying in different places and so far this one was our biggest mistake. Don't do it too.

The staff were so kind and helpful who went above and beyond to help and assist guests. Most of the guests booked in during my stay were also lovely people. Atmosphere was pleasant and family-like which was great!

Unfortunately the dorm bedroom does not have any exterior window and although it has skylight windows to allow natural daylight through it would be my preference if it had exterior window so fresh air could flow while guests are sleeping. Dorm room used get very hot & stuffy during night especially if multiple guests are booked into dorm during warmer months of year.

I liked that it was not Lagan's Backpackers, which is an absolute sh*thole and not worth the money. I refuse to stay there ever again, so I took a chance on this new place and was pleasantly surprised. The service was better than expected. Staff was very accommodating.

The staff were very nice, I liked that this place was slightly cheaper and I appreciated the self check-in. The beds were also very clean and we got to use towels from the hostel which is great.

the floors were gross... I saw staff vacuuming, but I think the vacuum must not be very good, because the floors all over were pretty filthy. There wasn't really a kitchen/kitchenette situation, except some fruits stacked on an office desk with a tiny mini fridge, toaster and kettle. Very little space. The shower was broken beyond repair and duct taped, which did not fix the problem.

This was my first time back in Belfast since the pandemic and I immediately noticed that there are few hostels still in business after COVID. I chose this hostel and was glad I did. It is smaller and not in the center, but unlike the options in the center, it is CLEAN, it is welcoming and safe. I ended up extending my stay and the next time I return to Belfast, I will definitely stay here. Thanks to management for assisting me during my stay and departure.

No staff meant I didn't feel safe. It's a guest-run hostel. They were painting and things were everywhere - no place to sit or to eat breakfast. The toilet wouldn't flush.
