This is wonderful play to stay if you are planning to visit Mostar city and as well have some relaxed time near the pool. Staff is extremely nice and helpful :) The apartment was super clean, and looked almost new. There is really nice garden where you can have coffee or breakfast. Pool adds so much value for this hotel. Table games available and free to use. City is less than minutes away by walk. There is plenty of interesting antique details across the hotel. All in all, this hotel offers great value for the money.

Area around the pool has chairs and tables, would be much better to have sun beds. There are sun beds on top of the pool, which can be used for sunbathing but not very comfortable. But this won’t stop you to enjoy time at the pool :)

The property seemed comfortable, especially the elegance of the spacious room.

Prior to booking this hotel room, it’s said that the pool was available and there was a room service. there was neither a room service nor was there the pool. The pool was not clean it had contaminated water in it and a lot of dust. I asked what the reason is for the pool to be closed, and they said it was because it was raining a week ago. That clearly sounds like a lie and an excuse to overcome the awkward situation that they were in, also having a careless attitude to the guests. I felt like I was in a corner shop to be honest. When the room was dirty no cleaners were sent, we were literally out of toilet paper and we had to use the toilet elsewhere in town. There was no room service whatsoever, they only had a poor quality breakfast considering it is a 3-star hotel. I went downstairs to grab a coffee and they told me to take it up to the room if I wanted to while holding a tray with the cappuccinos on it- right here I felt like I was in a homeless charity. Therefore I did not feel like home nor did I have a great time. Location was alright it is like a 10 minute walk to the town but worst of all the swimming pool was not on. False advertisement and all lies, we got scammed big time, it is not fair because we pay for it, and I’m disappointed in booking.com for the advertisement of this hotel. Also during the payment process they had an unsophisticated attitude where they didn’t even check the correct currency and converted the euros to BAM based upon their knowledge, and when I checked later they charged 2 euros extra- it was so quick they seemed as they couldn’t be bothered. I want my money back.

Reception was empty. Had to wait for 20 minutes.

The boy at the reception really tried to help. Tried to organise hangers to the wardrobe ( succeded only with 2 ) or a knife so we could cut the melon.

We took the "best" apartment for the family, the most expensive as well. It was huge but very dark, only one wardrobe but with no hangers in it , so we had to keep most of our clothes ins the case. Threre was a big kitchen but very poorly equipped. The owners run it for "one night tourists", I spent there 3 or 4 nights with family and wes very disappointed. The pool looks bigger on the photos, in fact it is very small and and parly under the stairs.
