Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room, good location for exploring Delhi.

room was clean and shower was working properly.

my hotel was shifted to another bloom property bloom@janpath without proper information so I had to shift to on my own expences .staff in cafe at breakfast time was rude and annoying on 25th morning.staff at the reception at the time of check in was oversmart and nonpolite.

The Bloom hotels are much nicer than the three other 3-star rated hotels I had stayed at. All the rooms were well-maintained and kept clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The particular room we stayed in was right opposite the major railway track so there was a lot of train honking throughout the day. At night the trains stop doing this so it wasn’t really an issue.

I liked the doorman staff who was very friendly, that it was near Connaught Place (though it didn't matter that much since it's really not that nice) and that it was relatively clean

I didn't like how absurdly expensive it was for what is a pretty basic hotel in such a cheap city. Absolutely crazy. It is also very near train tracks so you are constantly hearing very loud train horns. One of the receptionists is pretty cold and unwelcoming. Towels could be cleaner, the ones I got were all stained.

The location is very good, you can walk to pharmacies, shops and restaurants. We used the contact they have at the reception for tours and it went very well.

The reception staff is rude. Although it may seem strange, if you are one of the people who uses toilet paper jaja, you are going to have to ask for it almost daily, each time they give you very little, it seems like they didn't have enough. I even considered buying my own toilet paper so I wouldn't have to be asking for it.

Had booking for 2 Nights . Checked in at 5AM in morning staff made us wait 15-20 minutes to a lot us a room. Even after I informed them in advance I have booked 1 extra day so we can have peaceful sleep in the early morning , checked out at 15:00 Same day. Staff was not friendly and all they cared was if we paid the bill . I.e I asked to checked at 15:00 while room is booked until next day 12:00 rather staff asking is if everything was fine, was there something wrong all they asked was this is your pending balance . BLOOM disappointed us
