Großes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett
Handtücher groß und wohlriechend
Gemeinschaft Küche und Badezimmer sehr sauber
Duschgel vorhanden
Was sehr zum Vorteil ist, Bushaltestelle ins Centrum so gut wie vor der Tür
Etwas kühl, Heizung konnte nicht eigenständig geregelt werden
Ablage/Hacken/Kommode oder Schrank hat gefehlt
Schade ist das der kleine Vorgarten voller Müll liegt (in Belfast wohl Trend) dabei könnte dieser sehr schön gemacht werden (hatte das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Müll)

The host was very responsive once I booked the place. The instructions for checking in was sent in the same day of arriving early morning which is perfect.
Each room has it is own lock password and that is make it safe for your belongings. The room was clean and as described in the image. The intent was fast. All in all was nice and clean place.
The host always keep an eye on having the place clean all the time, which something i really like.
The only thing maybe won’t be easy for some people is the location. It is 30min walk to the city center. But in this case you can use the bus, it is better to download the app to buy the metro(bus)/Glider ticket because it is much cheaper that buying it on the bus itself.

Right near a bus line. Place is very clean. Host is very quick in getting back via the app. Comfortable place.
Flooring is very loud and walls were paper thin.

Clean room, bathroom/WC & kitchen. Surprisingly quiet considering 5 bedrooms on the 3 floors. Close to bus stop. Easy parking once inside
rubble, weeds and rubbish bags at the entrance wasnt a gd start, plus dog fouling on the pavements outside, noisy building site opposite and on the flight path for Belfast City airport

Though it was a shared house but bathrooms and common areas were too clean. We did not have any issues using bathrooms. There were two common bathrooms in the house of 5 rooms. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. We tried to keep the common area clean after our use.I would like to stay here again if I visit belfast again. The house was around 25 mins walk from the city center.
Everything was good about the stay.Just one thing that there was no super store(Tesco/Aldi/Morrisons/Lidl/Asda) nearby. I was looking for these to get some milk, bread and eggs for breakfast.

Great, newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Great bedroom. Location a little away from the centre (25 minutes walk).

The owner was very responsive and kind. Flexible and helpful as well. The room was the perfect size, and the bathrooms were phenomenal. The location isn't the best per se, but it is in walking distance of everything which is wonderful.

Communications in regard to keys, room access etc was very good. Wi-fi also very quick and stable
Couldn't really use the shower as it wasn't possible to get the water to a sufficiently cool temperature, the flow seemed to be stuck at a level too hot to use

A 20 minutes walk to city centre. Two bus routes very close by.
Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Wonderful fully equipped kitchen. All rooms with key lock security plus a locked front door. Self check in but this was made easy with some very clear instructions. Would recommend.

Had a really nice room with plenty of space. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy also kitchen facilities were more than could expect. All was newly furnished and easy to use and had a enjoyable relaxed time.

Woodstock Townhouse was a great place to stay. Perfectly clean and warm, and only a short walk to the city centre and Titanic Museum. There was a local shop only 2 minutes walk away, and regular buses at the end of the street to the city centre. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries were also provided. 10/10
