The room was poorly lit light switches hard to locate The bathroom light was faulty and the shower door would constantly slide open After checkout multiple unexplained charges to card on file

The staff was nice. The room not nice, musty air, damp air, smelly water, electrical outlets tripped off, and we had no water for several hours.

Property misrepresented on Hotels website. Be sure to get room in main building. First room was not clean upon check in; promptly moved to another room; property very average at best. Junky grounds; not maintained; ice machine not working; poor water pressure in shower. I’d suggest staying elsewhere to be honest. There are hotels not listed on Hotels.com I’d recommend checking with to see if they’d suit.

Dodd the online check in and arrived at 3pm. Room still wasn’t ready. Also the key card stopped working

Not that great. There were a lot of flies in the room mostly dead/some alive. I think because of the very hot, humid, rainy, weather. I think housekeeping sprayed insect killer because they were mostly in one area on the floor near the window. But no one cleaned them up off the floor.The beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice. There is definitely not enough help at this hotel as we asked for towels but none came—we had to go get them ourselves. Also no pool towels.

Very clean. Some really nice amenities. Some minor defects in room but didn't affect stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely terrible! One of the worst experiences I have ever had traveling. To start with, the hotel looks nothing like their website. I found out I was not in the main building, but in another near the pool. I was fine with that, but when I went to the pool it was filthy! There was leaves in it and a beach towel! Won't eat at the hotel restaurant either, horrible reviews! My room was mediocre at best. For the price not very impressive and I requested a single queen bedroom, not this extended stay one. But being that they put me in it, theres hardly any cook ware or utensils to make a meal. Whoever owns this hotel is a cheap bum! The entire property looks run down and in disrepair. The GM is a bunch of laughs, this guy can't even dress or act professionally. Every time I saw him he was covered in dirt and filth and wearing a t-shirt. Apparently he was helping with construction, even through apparently the hotel is owned by a local construction company, ridiculous! As if this all wasn't bad enough, I was over charged for my 2-night stay. I was originally quoted $318 by Hotels.com. When I got there I was told that I'd only be charged $50 for " Incidentals", and the then the remaining balance when I checked out. Yet 1 day into my stay, I'm charged for more than that. I was told it was refunded, but my bank told me they reversed it. Upon check out, their useless GM try to argue with me about the charges, saying "they'd disappear". Such a load...WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The bed was bowed and very uncomfortable. The floor in the room was so dirty you got black stains on your feet. We cut our vacation short. Never again.
