The house was comfortable and as described. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we found plenty to do around town and met a lot of friendly locals while out and about. Would visit Colonial Beach again. Thanks for the great stay!

Awesome House

We enjoyed our visit to Colonial Beach very much. Moe was extremely communicative throughout the process. We knew exactly what to do to get in and before leaving. The PRO: the house was spacious enough for a family of four to comfortably stay; the property was completely fenced in, which is great if you’re traveling with kids or pets; there was a fire pit area in the back and a lovely front porch; it was very clean and newly updated; and it was close to everything. Important to mention: the mattresses are very firm, some prefer softer beds. The location of the home is on a main road. Both mornings there was a LOT of traffic due to a car show in town. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Lastly, when loaded down with beach gear, the walk will take longer than 7-10 mins. But if you’re in better shape than this 56 year old, it may not be an issue. All in all, I would recommend this VRBO. I have a feeling many happy memories are made there.

The house is right on the main road leading downtown and was spotless! There is a great Spa two doors down that was very reasonably priced. I had no idea colonial beach was a golf cart community, book your cart rental before you come down, two are within walking distance. You will save on the parking! Also check out Los Hermanos, great Mexican food. Host was super accommodating, will be back for sure!

Super location, everything is in walking distance, Our second time ti Colonial Bch. Will be back for thos of you that have never been, Thai Resturant a few blocks away is a must try!! Over all good stay. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Close to Downtown Colonial Beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Host is also very responsive. Would come back again!

Awesome host very tentative and honest , quick responder , typically within minutes . Place was Im acúlate and super close to the beach

It was nice, could have used some extra clothes storage, a few extra dish towels. But it was bright and plenty of room. The kitchen was really nice. The washer and dryer on site was nice too for all the sandy clothes.

This property is absolutely adorable. The only issue is the beds are not the most comfortable. Also while we were there, they decided they wanted to repave the road out front so needless to say it was rather noisy the last two nights there. They paved all night long.

Was in the area for a sporting event with friends and needed a place to stay. This property was clean, cozy, and located in a neat area. The surrounding businesses are active through the night but aren't loud enough to make a difference. Would've been nice to explore the Colonial Beach area but didn't have the time to do so. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean place to stay in the area.
