屋主还算服务好 房子很大 房间也多

车房很小 难停两辆车 感觉不大干净 窗户很多灰尘 不确定床单等等有没有换过 很旧很多痕迹 地板也有头发等等 床单 枕头 被子都比较旧了 主人房厕所的花洒 水很小 主人房的木地板裂了很多 客厅没有冷气 距离市中心比较远 吃东西可能要去到比较外面 附近都是住宅区 屋子规则比较多 去过比较多地方旅行 第一次看到迟checkout或者checkin要加钱rm46一小时的(不过还算OK 屋主可以商量) 还有房子要干净不然要罚款rm150 还有冷气不能全开也不能开太长时间否则会漏水或者跳电等等

The house was big enough to accommodate 7 adults and two babies. The owner was polite and responded well. The house was clean.

The master bedroom doesn't have a bedframe. The bed was on the floor, and the bed was very hard. Even adults can't sleep on the bed. The shower hose in the master bedroom came off right after the tap was opened. When I complained about it to the owner, she said she would send a technician, but she didn't during our stay, which made it difficult for us because everyone used the sane bathroom. Instead, she charged us for damaging house property after our stay. The air cond wasn't working in one room and we weren't informed about it earlier. We were asked to limit the usage of the air cond after we reached the house. We weren't informed about it before we booked the house. The freezer didn't freeze, and the tv wasn't working. We didn't enjoy our stay and requested to move out of the house provided we were given half of the booking money. Not that she considered our request based on the inconvenience to us, she requested us to pay more because we have extra members for our stay. Totally dissatisfied. Been booking hotels for quite a long time using this app but this is the first time, I was very disappointed with my stay.
