The unit is clean.

The unit is bare minimum. No counter space, no hangers, no shelves, no good lighting, no seating other than 2 plastic dining chairs, no good outlets for charging electronics. All faucets were installed incorrectly with hot water and colder water opposite the normal sides. The shower handle was not marked. So when you run water in the normal direction it only comes out cold water. The unit is hard to find especially at night. The logo donkey picture was hidden inside the main gate. We arrived after dark and had a hard time finding it. There were no one there to help you if you are lost. I was panic while desperately looking for the entrance to the unit and looking for the phone number to the owner. When we couldn't get the hot water from the shower (not knowing the faucet was installed incorrectly), the owner could not send anyone to help. The dining table is placed on a slightly elevated area. The small step is not clearly marked. It is definitely a tripping hazard when you try to step from the kitchen to the table to sit down. I got tripped twice within the first half an hour in the unit. We ended up moving the table down into the small kitchen hall to avoid the step. The cheap wrinkly runner rug is a tripping hazard as well. We moved it aside immediately. The vertical blinds are cheap vinyl. I tried to open the blinds and a broken piece fell down. There is no bed side lamp. There is a floor lamp at the far end of the corner. There is only a sliding switch on the floor for the floor lamp. You have to get up from the bed and walk over to the corner and bend down to turn off the light on the floor. Besides this floor lamp, the only other lights are the harsh bright ceiling can lights.

Very thoughtful "adds" in the room: tea and sugar, laundry detergent, spice rack, Q-tips and cotton swabs. Anticipate your needs during your stay. They were very friendly when I reached out with needs or concerns. Quick responses.

My unit had a hot water issue that they tried to solve, but was not resolved during my stay. They did send a plumber out, but I guess the issue was larger than he anticipated. I am staying in another unit now, and have very hot water, so this is a specific unit issue.

Absolutely nothing.

There was NO pool key. NO gym key. I was locked out of the unit because the keypad was out of batteries. Had to wait outside in 118 degrees for 2 hours until Vince the owner finally gave me a lockbox code to retrieve the physical key.
