Very clean and well-equipped.

Would have liked to see milk and coffee bags supplied. Coffee machine and capsules were provided but sometimes simple approach is better. Rear gate for car access needs attention.

Inside was modern.

Ran out of hot water only 160Litre tank...not enough for 4 people.....there are 2 bathrooms!!!! Only overnight hot water heating. Guests would not be able to shower in morning and night if wanted....this could be a great problem if people showered before checking out in the morning and there were new guests in the evening before the hot water heated overnight. There were no bath mats or hand towels. There were not enough cereal bowls. There was no wood for fireplace. There was no gas for the BBQ. Grass was knee high with rubbish in it. Host was not understanding of these issues and just fired back with excuses and rudeness and would not offer a small refund for our inconvenience.

Great to have ensuites in each bedroom. Well laid out, modern, clean. Easy to find, off street car park.

Back deck needs steps, too high / dangerous, especially for elderly, to step up to access back door from car park in yard.

Beautiful property. Neat, tidy, clean and bright. Lovely rooms. Nice, hot showers with great pressure.

Could probably use some curtains to frame the windows and cover the small gaps left by the blinds. Was a bit cold even with the heat pump on but it does have electric blankets on the bed and a fireplace.

Convenient, well equipped and comfortable

two rooms each with its own ensuite, check in and out at midday an excellent arrangement
