Noise from the street.. The bedrooms are literally above the street where the buses pass. When the bus passes in the morning, it's literally as if it passed through the room. Unbearable. Every morning he woke us up at 6 o'clock. Although the apartment is clean, spacious, fully equipped, we would never choose this apartment again.

Pretty apartment, plenty of space in living room and two bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing a meal and a washer. Balcony is facing the sea, which is very pretty in the nighttime with all the lights reflecting in the water.

The bedrooms are facing the busy street, which could prevent people who are not used to it from sleeping.

The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the sea and round the corner from a nice local bar and a swimming point. It is on the main road through St Pauls and very close to a bus stop which can take you to many locations around Malta. The air-conditioning was very good.

We had a number of issues with our apartment during our stay. As follows: 1. The apartment had a code to get into the main door and then another code to get into the apartment door. On arrival we struggled to get the code to work for the apartment, we tried keys which equally didn't work and finally the code worked (part of the problem was you had to push the handle down and then push it much further down). The code system had a major downside during power cuts when we had to leave the outside door propped open. 2. We were on the 6th floor and for over half of our stay the lift didn't work (it broke down 3 separate times) possibly linked to the power cuts. The weather was very hot and it was very unpleasant walking up all the stairs. We did not get helpful answers to our enquiries of when the lift would be fixed and ended up complaining through Booking.com 3. The wifi in the apartment seemed to have problems (see 2 above) 4. The TV didn't work (see points 2 above) 5. The hot water was inconsistent. 6. The appliances in the apartment were the 2 pin type and there was only 1 working adaptor so we couldn't boil the kettle and have the bedside lamps on at the same time. We raised this with the owners and a maintenance person came round the following day with an extra adaptor but he had a fix which involved using a screwdriver to plug the appliances in. 7. We had requested an apartment with the large balcony It was my fault because I didn't check but I was expecting some sort of lounger so we could use it. In the end it was useful as a place to store the clothes dryer. 8. There was a lack of useful information and the app did not provide much e.g restaurants in St Pauls, Local places to swim, good supermarkets, where to buy bus cards 9. The building shakes which is very disconcerting 10. The toilet has no ventilation (it opens into the lounge/kitchen) 11. No bags for the appropriate rubbish days were provided

Localization - close to bus stops, shops and great Barracuda restaurant.

Not fully quiet bedroom - sounds made by cars on the street.

Like for sea view and brand-new interiors, Unlike for malfunction of some facilities, Dislike for communication From the presentation of the property the only certainties remains the sea view and the brand-new interiors. Several malfunctions of the facilities make your stay more or less disagreeable depending on the length of your journey. You must know there are several apartments in the same building. Behold the situation from apartment number 4: - no coffee machine, just an electric kettle for boiling water and instant coffee (included); - more socket and plugs don’t work, even if you didn't forget your adapter at home; - the washing machine and dishwasher - useless because of the general switch which is dead; - the shower - wrongly designed, the water keeps leaking out to the bathroom floor even into the middle of living room/open space; - you don't have any kind of cable television and for all applications of TV (like Netflix) you must log in in your account (if you have...); - the uncomfortable sleeps - very soft mattresses that gathers all the tenants in middle of the bed; also, bedrooms are very noisy even day or night due to the traffic; The address is incomplete/difficult to find: after 4 phone calls (2 of them directly with the car sharing driver), the only one indication was a street view photo in google maps, for a wrong address, no. 417 (where there was a building in ruins...) and the recommendation to look for the "blue balconies". After 2 hours of assiduous searching in the middle of the night on side streets, I found the property about 250 m away, located somewhere between numbers 391 and 395...it is not known exactly where, because not all buildings show the number. Believe me, after thousands of kilometers traveled in one day, with a 5-month-old child in the middle of the night, such a situation is not a pleasure...not to mention the double costs of the airport transfer.

The view from the window is absolutely spectacular with a sea view. The place is pretty new with escalator. Basically got all the facilities you need.

The design of shower area is terrible, the water keeps leaking out to the bathroom floor and even to the living room. Dishwasher is not functioning. The capacity of the boiler is small, have to wait for half an hour to shower after another person has taken one.
