Room was nice and modern with a great view.
The property has poor communication amongst the staff and charges extra money for everything, for example only they offer clean towels only twice a week unless you pay additional costs.

The facilities and buffet
Outdated indoors, properly was clean but carpet and carpentry old.
Pool life guard was lovely BUT too much with ridiculous “rules” and on top of our children and us for every little thing. It made us feel very uncomfortable staying around the pool.

It was okay. The staff were not friendly. The variety was fine.
More choices for food, jugs to fill up water bottles- some families were allowed to, and then others were told by staff that they weren’t allowed.

Ideal location , very clean
Breakfast variety very poor, fresh fruit was melon everyday, plain yogurt no variety.

Self guttering, kitchen appliances clean and new. Location very good.
Problem with shower waste system, not working properly..
Next to the kitchen sink a plastic dish drainer must be available and liquate soap.

Lovely family run hotel, everyone working there is so kind and friendly. Great location, rooms very nice and kept clean.

Location was great. The room was comfortable and the balcony view was lovely! The breakfast was very satisfying. We were very pleased with the accommodation!
The hot water was not available all day.

Clean and spacious room, with a great side view of the (surrounding hotels') swimming pools. Location is super as it is in the heart of Protaras and the room was very sound proof. Recommended for families especially.
Breakfast was very basic and most of it did not taste that good. The parking area is in need of renovation. The staff were helpful and polite enough, however some of them didn't put in that extra effort / service into their work. They looked a bit bored and this showed.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the Fig Tree beach and close to bars and restaurants.
Nice swimming pool.
Swimming pool closes too early (18h).
Poor breakfast.
Pubs nearby with loud music till 1 am. My room was at first floor and very close to the pub.
