The location of the property is excellent. It is very near the harbour and khem beach. The whole sunset town was extraordinary, it felt just like a fairytale. The staff was wonderful, the owner of the hotel was really sweet, helped us in every way possible. She was so friendly and her husband was also the owner was extremely helpful. The room had a beautiful view, the bed sheets were clean and the towels smelled so good. Trust me when I say this, some of the five star hotels dont have this kinda sweet smelling towels. Our stay had breakfast, their cooking was really good. We stayed for 4 nights, each day the breakfast meal was different and tasty. Will recommend this place for any individual or couple who want to have a comfortable holiday in phu quoc.

Location of the hotel and view near hotel is amazing. After 8pm it feels like - you own the entire Street - all buildings and streets will have lights turned on. So you can roam entire streets alone. They even offer you a good cart ride around

Transparent bathrooms are the only thing that felt awkward to me

The owner was very friendly and kind. She did everything she could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay and lovely experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is walking distance to the beach.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a corner, with great views all around. Really comfy bed, good strong and hot shower. Restaurant bbq is fantastic, more than we could finish! The coffee drinks they get from a nearby place are delicious, and the breakfast was quite good as well. The staff members at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We rented the golf cart car to drive around the area, and used their motor scooter to go out and find an ATM. An extra special “THANK YOU” goes to Linh, she basically runs the hotel with her husband. Linh went above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent service for us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help, with a warm smile. Her command of English is perfect. Such a sweet lady, thanks for everything, Linh!

The blanket for the bed wasn’t arranged. Not a big deal. Also, there were other guests who arrived and sang karaoke until 11 pm. I had to ask them to please stop, as it was late. To their credit, they immediately shut everything down.

the hotel owner was very nice and polite. she also made sure we were welcomed. it was very pretty. she was very knowledgeable about the different tourist area. There’s also a golf cart that you can rent to take you to the kem beach and around the small Italy town. Overall the experience was great!

The car service offered by the hotel was not delightful. it was very misleading.
