We stayed with a family of 8 in the house. It is a fabulous house, with ample space, close to Fort Collins old town, CSU campus, grocery shopping, etc. Would highly recommend it.

The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner etc and the kitchen was even stocked with coffee, creamer etc.
Stacey the property manager made everything easy for us from checking in to checking out. I only wish we could have stayed longer! 😉

This property was wonderful! Very spacious house with room for a large group to spread out or gather together. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen is much larger than it appears in photos.

Stayed at Old Town Oasis for my son's CSU orientation. The house exceeded expectations, very clean centrally located check in/out was very smooth over all a great experience. Definitely will be on the top of the list when we return.

We were hoping to find a property close to Old Town and some of the other fun areas of Fort Collins, and this place nailed what we were looking for. We found ourselves walking everywhere, from day long shopping and dining to quick stops at Target or the grocery store. Both kitchens (there's one on the lower floor) were easy to navigate and stocked with a decent selection of condiments, something you don't always find in rentals, and the home itself was lovely, beds were very comfy, there were board games and other things to keep us engaged when we wanted to just lounge around. We'd rent this again in a heartbeat.

We do lots of vrbos all over the us and overseas. This was our favorite. Location was fabulous, the place was well equipped modern but comfy. Very much our style. I like to go out but also like to cook and stay in. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized. I would stay here again and recommend to friends

Wonderful property with great proximity to downtown Fort Collins. House is spacious and well appointed with all you would need for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed the style of home, large dining room for family dinners as well as sitting by the fireplace at the end of the day. We hiked trails near the reservoir, took a day trip to the Rocky Mountain Natl Park, explored Boulder one day and also squeezed in a little skiing. The property mgmt team was also helpful with a small issue we encountered during our stay. Definitely would book again!

We've rented from this property manager multiple times and this is our favorite home so far. It's spacious, comfortable and the location is perfect. We were in town to visit our son who is a student at CSU and this home is an easy walk to both the university as well as to downtown Fort Collins. Stacy, the host, is friendly and communicative. One very minor note- listing here on VRBO advertises that there is a Peloton bike for use with this rental, however, there is not. The beautiful home and all of the other amenities, though, make this the perfect rental.

Such a cute, remodeled place just a stones throw from adorable Fort Collins. Great communication by host prior, during and after our trip. Highly recommend booking any of Mountain Time’s rental properties.

We rented this home when my daughter was getting married. We had family in town and this was a wonderful gathering space. I've stayed in many home rentals and this one was by far my favorite! Huge back porch with well taken care of back yard. Nice front porch on a quiet street. Several rooms for family gatherings (downstairs, upstairs and outside). HUGE refrigerator and freezer (plus another fridge / freezer downstairs). Great location near old town and the Puedre river. Home decor has an artsy twist. Loved the heated floors. I would stay at this place again for a family gathering. Highly recommend!

The stay was great and so was the house! Loved the kitchen with the ample space and updated appliances. The different areas around the house were great for different conversations and activities. The backyard was in good shape and provided a good place to hangout and play games. Would definitely recommend!

We will likely rent the place again because there was plenty of room for the whole family! We didn't cook any big meals but the kitchen was large and would have been great for making a family meal. It was also convenient to be able to make coffee on the lower level (in addition to the kitchen) since some of us were earlier risers than others. :) The dining room table was perfect for board games! The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was a pleasant walk to downtown FoCo restaurants and also very close to CSU campus (where are youngest starts in the fall). The front porch and the back deck were both comfy places to enjoy our morning coffee or and evening glass of wine. Stacy (our host) very responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. We liked the binder that she provided with suggestions about the area too!
