On the night that we checked in, there was a torrential storm, and it was difficult getting belongings in the condo due to the openness of the hallways and the elevators because everything was soaking wet. Everything else was very nice, except if you are a large person, the space for the toilet is very tight and due to the toilet paper roll sticking out, you practically have to turn sideways to use the restroom. The complex itself is not very nice and the gate was not opening on the side of the condo until we called management and they came and unlocked it. Therefore, we had to walk through the pool area, which was very old, not updated, and rather gross . That was the biggest downfall to the condo was the complex that it was in. The condo itself was fairly nice.

The entire experience was awesome. Pictures are as they appear, and the kitchen is well equipped with more than enough dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice corner balcony with a great breeze.
Easy check in and out, no issues at all. Highly recommend this beautifully decorated & comfortable condo for a stay at the beach!

We are two couples, husbands are brothers, and the arrangement of the bedrooms with baths was perfect. It is not easy to find two bedrooms with king sized beds and also two baths with walk-in showers. Kitchen was well-appointed and living arrangement very comfortable. Our only objection was the weather front that made it rainy most of our long weekend, but we had a good time being together.

When 3 very picky, middle-aged ladies are impressed by accommodations, you know you've found a winner.
This condo was immaculately clean, stocked better than our own kitchens, and decorated to the 9's. The beds and linens assured us of lazy morning wakeups, and the overall layout offered plenty of privacy.
The building and property grounds are a little aged, but so are we. That's not to say anything was lacking! On the contrary! Everything was quiet, settled in like a well worn pair of shoes, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was perfect, and speaking of the beach...it was clean and coaxed us to walk each day. A beach service was suggested by our management group, and it worked out great.

We could have spent all day on our balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and beach activity. The unit itself was super- clean, updated, well-decorated and well-equipped. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this unit! The BEST Condo I’ve ever stayed in! Remodeled and absolutely gorgeous, clean, the attention to detail throughout the unit was impeccable and the end unit with extra views of the ocean were stunning!! I will definitely go back to this unit!

This condo is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. My sisters and I meet at different beaches each year. This was our favorite condo so far! We love to cook while we are together. As we age it’s getting harder to haul beach chairs and equipment. They have a beach cart which was helpful. We highly recommend this rental. There is a company that you can arrange beach chairs and umbrella set up.

This unit is fantastic. Clean, well stocked and simply beautiful. The view is spectacular and just what the doctor ordered after my husband’s hip replacement surgery. Only draw back was the elevator on our end was not working. But we managed. Outside is a little run “rustic” but our unit was just spot on in comfort and design.

The kitchen had more than you can imagine you'd need.
The corner balcony allowed for so much broader views.
We went the end of March and it was very quiet - rarely heard noises/people in the surrounding condos, and never heard people outside. Extremely peaceful - exactly what we were looking for to just slow down, be still, and be quiet.
There's nothing I'd change or improve about any of it.

This was such a nice condo. It’s very comfortable, in a fabulous location, super clean and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely attentive to make sure your stay was a good experience.

Great property. Clean and very welcoming. You are literally on the beach. Easy check in and check out. Property owners are very responsive. I actually had a request at midnight and was taken care of. Who could ask for more? There is a grocery store a mile up the road so no need to overpack prior to your trip. There is also a convenience store right across the street.
I will definitely book again. Let’s just say you can have your breakfast on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Don’t want to give too many gems away but well worth the stay.

This is a great condo. Great views and we had great weather which was a bonus. We just stayed for 2 nights during a trip to the Gator bowl.
A couple of things... the building is a little dated but not bad. The condo was very nice once inside. Great furnishings and kitchen was very well stocked in case you like to cook. (we didn't have time).
The location is great, a 10 minute drive to Downtown Fernandina - awesome bars and restaurants.
The check-in is totally automated and you'll get an email before you arrive. One thing - I found the email a little confusing as to the room and the code but called the property manager and she set me straight.
Would definitely stay there again!

This place is so well appointed you will not want for anything during your stay. The owners have thought of everything. The decor is so beautifully updated and cozy. Property is precisely represented. It was a great corner unit that provided great views and easy access to the beach. Love the fact it has two bedrooms and that each has access to their own bath. The property managers do a great job of communicating the check-in and check-out policies. We would stay here again.

Unit was updated nicely. Location was acceptable. Very disappointed in the beach with all the broken shells and very little dry sand. Food in the area was outstanding. Bike trails were a plus.

This condo is beautiful. The remodel has made this an island paradise. The decor is thoughtful, elegant, and beachy. My family loves this place, and we didn’t want to leave . The beach views from the main living area, and master are picturesque. Stop searching and book your dream vacation. Third floor, end unit, assigned parking , right by the stairs. Quiet, with elevator access.

This condo was listed as newly renovated and it truly was! Just beautiful with all the little touches you'd like on vacay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of utensils, flatware, serving dishes, etc. And the view - just perfection from the corner / end unit. I highly recommend!!
