We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely want to stay there again. However, as a time share owner and a retired realtor, I have some suggestions for improvements: the kitchen needs at least three pots to cook in. Extra potholders are essential if your guests are to keep from burning their hands. Kitchen towels are important and will save some money on paper towels. Also, more bathroom towels -towels for your hair, washcloths and hand towels would be helpful. It would be nice if the shower heads were low enough so short people could reach them. A shower head with a handheld extension would be most helpful for us shorties. We did have trouble working the dishwasher. Two times we got it to work and one time it wouldn’t start. By the way, when we arrived at the house, the outside trash cans were full. All that trash wasn’t ours. The last day we did see one large roach. It was near the deck door. On the positive side, the house was great for small children. My two year old great grandchild enjoyed the toys that were available in the house. The fenced in backyard was a blessing. The bonus room was perfect for my thirteen year old granddaughter. She also enjoyed catching the baby toads and the skinks in the yard. This house has a lot of room. The modern appliances were very nice, though it took a while for this old lady to figure them out. I managed to get my walker up the steps. I enjoyed the bed that allowed me to raise my legs up. That was a definite positive for me. Thank you.

My husband, adult son, his girlfriend and I were all comfortable during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in the house but found it a convenient base for exploring Athens. We appreciated the multiple televisions in separate areas (not everyone watches football) and the huge kitchen and dining area. Bedding and towels in primary bedroom could use an update but all was clean and adequate. Spacious and convenient.

The layout of the house was good, house was clean. Driveway was very steep and narrow. The smell when I walked in the door was as if someone that smoked for years lived there and quit. I had to have the fan on the Heat/AC unit on all the time. Two of the three beds were extremely uncomfortable. The main bed had an adjustable bed, which was nice. The mattress was not very comfortable, though. The water pressure in the showers was very low! The washer/dryer is stackable. It was difficult for me to see the controllers. When I arrived, the dryer did not work, I sent a message via VBRO on Saturday, it was fixed on Tuesday. (Christmas was on Monday) There was only one pot/pan that was usable. The others had peeling or black stuff on them that I could not get off.

Very clean and spacious house. Deer all over the neighborhood to watch for! Very convenient to UGA and just about anywhere you need to go in Athens.

The house has been recently redone inside, very open floor plan-large kitchen and deck. Not too far from campus so a good spot for us as we moved in our UGA daughter. Located in an older neighborhood.
