It was a nice hotel abt 3 stars

Hotel sign and website say heated pool but it's not even up and running. Rooms are dirty and many you can tell are empty.

Check in went smooth, I had already paid and just had to get the room key. There is where it went down hill. The room was not clean. There was dirty socks ( not ours) under one bed and cheddar popcorn in the other. There was only 1 towel, hand towel and wash cloth for two people. Next day after returning the had removed previous mentioned item and made bed did not clean bathroom or take out trash.

This was me & my boyfriend's first time staying here, its an old building that definitely looks like it has seen better more lively days but our room on the third floor was clean and perfect size. Its very quiet and almst seems like the place could be haunted but overall i really like this place, its definitely affordable as well with a gas station and several restaurants literally next door that are very walkable

Walk across the street to Olive Garden. Gas station on same street. Five minutes to shopping plaza.

They working on fixing the place up but it was very clean and the staff was great go back again

I was so unsatisfied that I checked out early because of the filthy, smelly conditions of the room.

Would like to see it when it’s finished with the current refurbishment but the place is currently quite dated and tired. Cleanliness was definitely lacking. We found candy and items under the bed from a previous guest.

Wish we had known that the property was under renovation and that the elevator would be down to the fourth floor. We had to climb the stairs with all our stuff on the first day. The manager did help us though. All in all it was dusty and dirty and being remodeled.

The building was hot but very quiet n clean.

The hotel was in a very poor condition, air conditioning in the room didn’t work so we were sent to a different room with a working and very loud air conditioning pictures of the inside of the hotel and rooms didn’t reflect the shape the hotel is in, in no means!! Never ever again also very sketchy when it comes to security 😔 honestly you should not have this hotel on your website, very deceiving!

Staff were very respectful and patient, very welcoming environment. Hallways and bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but I can still tell there was effort to keep them generally maintained, except the front desk, it was very dusty, does no one wipe it down ever so often? Guests can become dirty if interacting with the front desk.

Briidgeton Mo. Beautiful , retro hotel but it was aweful , very dirty! Later I found out it was a welfare hotel. Outdated, which I dont mind but being dirty!

This looks like it could be a much better motel but needs work to upgrade it. Nice location and design. Staff seems decent.

Although their website and also on Expedia it stated hot tub and heated pool (as well as on their hotel location sign) were available-they were both closed. Also and even worse there was NO hot water either Saturday night or Sunday at check out. No credit to my paid balance, refund or vouchers for a future stay were given.

Convenient location, needs thorough cleaning of room, amenities closed, noisy guest, staff was pleasant, check in/out easy. Price and conditions seem to match what’s offered at other hotels.

I have contacted an attorney for the discriminatory acts by some front desk staff. The property lied as far as amenities no internet connection in rooms. No led tv and its not even phone in the room. I believe that its a camera in my smoke detector the pictures also will be included horrible place I even contacted the BBB regarding this property false advertising and the health department and Missouri lodging department this place needs to be closed down. One housekeeper who brings her daughter with her and barely speaks eng. I will be sure to use all my resources regarding my treatment and of others.! Pictures are included and records has been kept for my stay here just horrible horrible.

Nice place to stay near the airport at a low price

They didn't tell us that the pool wasn't open until after they got the money, no breakfast, the luggage cart was a crudly built wooden cart literally.... everything was unplugged in our room so we couldnt even use the fridge, the ac never got cold we had to to bring in our own fans then the curtains wouldn't stay closed all the way in the morning there was smudge marks on the outside from what it looks like people looking in... this is NOT a 3 star place like it says...

I enjoyed my stay, got the rest I was after and the staff was helpful as well.

The room was dirty. Beer in the fridge, trash on the floor. It looked like they made the bed and rented it. The toilet paper couldn’t even of been put on the roll. No batteries for the remote, no latch to lock the door and smelled like cigarette smoke. Toilet wouldn’t flush and couldn’t get a plunger we left after a few hours slept in the car.

Cleaning is obviously optional in this hotel, the bathroom wasn’t clean hairs everywhere, toilet dirty, the walls are dirty, mirrors are too, and the AC unit is looking so bad that I was scared to turn it on in case there was mold inside or else
