Great, overall experience. The room suite was modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Had all necessary amenities with kitchenette. The location in Polanco is quiet, and plenty of restaurants,Coffee shops you can walk to. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to check until 3pm on the dot. Other than that the staff was great and a 24 hour security officer available. I would recommend staying here. There’s also a nice roof top to hang out, we stopped at the store before checking in and enjoyed some beers up there while we waited for our room to be available. FYI no restaurant, no room service, no bar are available at this location

Nice studio apartment in Polanco. The location is excellent. Tons of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Very safe area. You can also take Uber to travel to other neighborhoods like Roma or Condesa.

No heater in the room even though the AC units have capabilities the hotel does not have that turned on. The room was 50 farahuite. Too cold. Emails from hotel are not responsive and only advertisements. Phone number on walls is not answered nor text replied. Waiver of liability is excess that you have to sign. No one to help you at night or morning until after 8am.

Great location, safe area, plenty of shops and eateries. Had a studio and room seemed runed down. Fridge made a terrible noise, had to unplug it, sink flowing slowly, linens tired, bed not super comfy, ac very, very noisy.

I am a usual user of Uliv Lincoln. I have noticed that the property condition has decayed. My room's door to the patio did not close, so I felt unsafe. The toilet paper rack was broken. The patio floor had a hole. Maintenance can definitely improve.

Really enjoyed all aspects of the property. Only negatives are the shower design, leaked lots of water in the bathroom, could have used a couple of more floor towels because of this issue. Cleaning staff was fantastic and helpful.

Great location close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and the lovely Lincoln park. Very safe and secure area. We enjoyed the small balcony and relatively quiet street. The security guards at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The property is in the heart of Polanco and adjacent to some of the best sidewalk cafes and premier shopping brands. All within 5-10 mins walking. One can spend days just in this neighborhood. An upscale enclosed mall with a beautiful large deck for alfresco dining from multiple dining choices is but 15 mins walking away. Would not hesitate to come back again and again.

The property is located in the heart of Polanco near a plethora of sidewalk cafes and restaurants. It is also located within a few minutes walking of some of the chic high-end name brands. Nearby is also the premier indoor mall with a beautiful alfresco dining deck with many quality food purveyors (Much more restaurant choices and much less a food court) Would come back and stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel is super well maintained, the staff is beyond nice and friendly, the property is super clean and everything runs perfectly. I had a normal issue with the AC and they gave me another room (even better) everything is impeccable clean, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and there’s a lot to eat, nice restaurants and stores. I have to say it was a wonderful stay and whenever I have to go to Mex I will return to ULIV. Thanks 🙏

Had a hiccup upon check-in because they didn't email me the access code, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay! Apartment had everything you’d need (2 pillows per person!), the location is excellent, and the staff was friendly.

I love this location and the rooms are extremely nice. This was my second stay. My only wish is that they provide more than 2 towels for a week and they only left me 2 total coffee pods. I’m a business traveler and I like my morning coffee daily. There is only 1-2 of everything in kitchen (2 cups / 2 spoons one pan) other than sparse things in room it’s very comfortable and mostly clean. The floors could use extra attention in between guests as my feet were black after a few days walking barefoot but you track a lot of dirt in from waking outside.

This could be a great place for remote work - great room, great facilities downstairs, including conference rooms, great restaurants nearby, a safe park for walking at night, but the room is very noisy! There is construction nearby that is not going to finish any time soon, and sound-proofing is non-existent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Check in & check out was smooth. Close to shops and restaurants. Only recommendation I would make is to provide enough coffee for the number of days stayed or at least sell the pods needed to make the coffee. That being said they usually have a pot of coffee in the entrance of the building which was nice. Security (Jose) was incredibly helpful, nice touch as it made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back for another visit.
