Nice quiet location, extremely clean! Love the swing on outdoor porch!

Grass and vegetation was unkept and we were locked off to backyard.

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the capital area. We walked the neighborhood during the day and evening and felt safe. Traffic was minimal and we saw lots of families at the park close by. The home was very clean and had minimal decor but plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. Both beds were comfortable and one bedroom has light blocking curtains to darken the room if the neighboring homes have outside lights on. It was just as pictured and described in the listing.

Quite, convenient location in historic Cloverdale. Beds were comfortable, good hot shower. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied, though without a standard coffee maker.

The coffeemaker was very weird Kuerig, for which there were no supplies.
