Poorly maintained, damp and noisy rooms, money crazy PPL. Worst experience . Didn't give extra blankets too.

Decent budget place, good for work trips. Location is good, has food options around.

Bedsheets and pillows etc has to be cleaner than what was provided.

No breakfast services available. But area wise,excellent. Good supportive staff.

Location is pretty decent and if you're worried about that, then this is at a good location.

Staff very snobbish. Extremely unfriendly. No welcome, no smiling nothing. They need to improve this very very desperately. It's a major set back. When you hear the name it sounds very homely and the picture gives you a nice feeling, however don't get fooled by the outside. The rooms are below average for that price. The TV is high up on the wall and it's an antient Tv..i would not recommended at all.

Very nice hotel.. I like to again stay this hotel when come Kolkata..
