Even though the staff were very nice and helpful, the rest was terrible. Lots of very small studio crammed in a little space. Swimming poor was dirty, swimming pool furniture half broken. Bathroom very old and overall poor quality place for an extraordinary amount of money considering what you get in return. I would definitely not advise anyone to travel there.

Place was warn out, no beauty at all. Bare minimum on all account. Felt like the owner saw an opportunity to make a lots of money out of people desperation to find a place to stay in Santa Teresa. Proper rip off

It is close to the beach and super market. The room has air conditioning, and the pool is nice.

It’s loud at night with people partying around the pool. Of course this is dictated by which people are there, but there are not 24 hour staff to ensure that the noise level is down. I was locked out of the gate one night and no one answered the phone or texts. I had to park my quad on the street and someone tried to steal it during the night. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, but the staff is not here to help when you need them.

Location is perfect, some meters away from beach and far from the dusty streets. Have a safe parking space with code pin doors.

If you're going to stay here for work, you have to know the WiFi isn't stable.
