The stay was very spacious. Each room had what we needed in. Location was brilliant! Staff were friendly and very efficient. Came to pick.us up to take us to airport for our flight.

The bathroom door kept hitting the shower door, was scared in case the shower door broke. There was an iron mark on back bedroom carpet. Radiator in front room ended up leaking through night which made carpet wet, I let Michelle no the following morning. Maybe offer some fresh milk or even long life milk. Wasn't a fan of the oat milk. But was a lovely touch.

Most helpful staff I’ve ever come across, nothing too much trouble while at the same time respecting your privacy. Property spacious and in a great location near to the station. Everything that you need and very peaceful considering it’s on a main road. Nice and bright with big windows. Nice and clean bedding and plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

If sleeping 8 one of the couch beds is slightly too narrow for the last 2 adults/big children so I would say it sleeps 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults plus one child, although I didn’t ask the owners so they may have had an extra sleeping option so that might not be a problem. The bathroom door doesn’t lock but I understand this is due to fire regs so people have to respect that! Not really much in the way of cooking facilities, there was a microwave and one portable hob so don’t expect to be doing any serious cooking but perfectly fine as long as you know that! Obviously everything you need in a kitchen including a fridge and plenty of helpful supplies like coffee/tea/salt/toilet roll etc (not always a given) which is a godsend if you’re just travelling through for a couple of days.

Location was fine as needed to attend a funeral at Southern cemetery.

The smell of dampness as soon as we opened the front door. We located the smell to the front bedroom and so had to sleep in the back bedroom. We were disappointed with the decor of the whole apartment. The paintwork has been rushed and finished with cheap furniture and carpets and in no way feels comfortable.

Absolutely nothing everything was great

Spacious apartment that was well equipped - it had everything our family needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was located near to restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts were excellent and gave us great help in securing airport transport.

No complaints

Spacious unit. I’m travelling with a family of five and it’s cozy for us. The host is so generous to let us check in an hour earlier than the due time. Groceries availabe nearby within walking distance. Near to Manchester airport. Thank you Mr Ben.
