Everything was wonderful except for the hot tub which wasn't heating.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. When we arrived we had no problem locating the main office. They do try to get you to schedule a timeshare presentation at check in (they even called me the next day to try again as I declined at check in). The resort was clean, family friendly, easy to navigate, and very close to Colonial Williamsburg. We would stay here again.

Our neighbors were noisy all night long the kids sounded like they were demolishing the place

My husband and I stayed the weekend to visit our son who os going through training at Fort Eustis. It was the perfect location to attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops!

My son is a new freshman at Hampton University. I was there to help him get settled in moved into his dorm. Spent most of the day with him on campus and stayed the night only in the room. Very clean comfortable just enough space for me will keep it on my list of choices when visiting my son at school.

Patriot's Place had great room and location. Hubby and I had quick 3 night trip. We booked 2 wks ahead and loved the price. Room had everything we needed. Easy check-in & check-out, too. Would definitely book again.
