We are frequent vacation home travelers, with our two boys, and our dog. In our many experiences staying in various areas, the stay at Blue Marlin has to be our favorite. We felt very welcomed, extra touches of care were given to accommodate our stay and make it all the more pleasant. There were surprises for the kids around every corner. This felt more like staying In the home of a friend or relative than a hotel. You can tell that the owners take pride in hosting. Great care was taken to ensure things were truly clean. It all felt new, and well kept. This was the first trip we have taken where all of the appliances, air conditioners, amenities have worked flawlessly for our stay. With your own private beach, canoes, and paddleboard, and ample seating provided, you’re all set for a lovely private beach getaway. A dedicated cabinet overflowing with board and card games provided evening fun. The bay waters are generally calm, and we were comfortable with our children playing throughout our stay. The master suite and balconies provided beautiful sunrise views, The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal for any size family, all while enjoying the ocean side view at all angles. Furnishings were comfortable and in good order. A very nice touch was ensuring that chargers for any electronic device you can think of were provided in all bedroom and community spaces, making life packing unpacking much more friendly. Great location. Great hosts.

This is a well-organized and equipped home with a million-dollar view and location. Love the sounds of the ocean day and night.

This house had EVERYTHING! This was the most well stocked, organized and clean VRBO we have ever stayed at. You could feel the care and planning that went into this property. It was a pleasure cooking in the beautiful kitchen that had anything and everything you could possibly need. Every inch of the house was clean! Our kiddo LOVED the treasure hunt and we all played with the treasure! Beds are comfortable, there are toiletries and towels galor! Games, snacks, drinks blankets, beach towels--anything you could possibly need was stocked and organized. The location is amazing, you can play in the calm water, and stay out of the sun in a breezy hammock. The neighbors are friendly and the beach is very nice! Great hose access to rinse off sand/animals/kids. I really cannot say enough good things. Having the cottage was great with two small families - everyone had enough room and privacy. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Our assembled family has stayed in many short term rental properties, but all agreed none had ever stayed in as terrific a property as Blue Marlin. It is amazingly well appointed and well stocked (definitely settle in and see everything the kitchen has to offer before going to the grocery store). The house boasts every comfort and convenience you can think of (and many you wouldn't imagine). The spaces are beautiful and comfortable. Tons to entertain from games to kayaks and paddleboard. The hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating, and went far above and beyond to make our visit special. We really enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the property.

My family has been renting vacation houses for years and we have never experienced a property more organized, clean and equipped than this one. Any kitchen appliance/tool was available. Any sort of toiletry you could possibly want was available in every single bathroom. Forgot your phone charger? That’s okay, there is a wireless tech stand on both sides of every bed. Not to mention the fact that you aren’t just on the beachfront, but over the water. I casually mentioned in my booking that we were celebrating my parents anniversary, and there was a celebratory banner waiting for us in the entryway. Great house, great views and great owners!

This house was so great…even better than the pictures! The view is breathtaking, and the waves lulled us to sleep each night. The very responsive hosts thought of everything…stocked bathrooms, pantry, and fridge, every kitchen appliance there is, so many linens, charging stations for phones/watches, baby gear, kids dishes, games, and the list goes on. Would recommend 100%!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The host made our stay more than we had hoped for. Everything is wonderfully maintained and organized well. We will definitely be back!

Words can not express how amazing this home is! We rented the property with the expectation of having some of our family members join us. Unfortunately, the day before we checked in, we received news that they could not make it and we were bummed out and disappointed about this. However, we hit the road and checked in, and upon seeing this home, our frowns were immediately turned upside down!! :-) We received a list of home instructions (always helpful) and had a seamless check-in! To our surprise, we were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, and all the electric switches were labeled!! We were also treated to a snack tray, general condiments, and other goodies!! We were soooo impressed by both of the homes' size, beauty, serenity, cleanliness, and location - literally on the beach!! We plan on renting this home again in the very near future!! Thank you to the homeowners as well, who were responsive, helpful, and kind to us during our stay! If I could rate it a 10, I WOULD! :-)
