First of all, that’s not even a hotel. Don’t stay there, for no reason at all.

Always wonderful staff that check us in, always have the same room for me when I do stay. Thank you for always being on top of things before I come they have the paperwork ready to sign and get into the room. Easy check in and out process, no deposit, quiet surroundings.

The shower was not clean, no soap, and durty wash cloth. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it as the smell of cigarette smoking. I had to buy order remover spry and candle to remove the cigarette smell. My partner and i couldn't breathe well at night especially when we blew out the candle. My face was swollen due to the cigarette oder. The room is not bad looking, but they can do better, wash the curtains/drapes please. And it not cheap.

The bed sheet has many dirty spots. It’s was very disappointing. and WE as a customers have no option when they tells you that there is no refund if you don’t like it.

Not a bad little place for our stay. We came down for a 4 day festival and this room was perfect for our needs of a safe place to sleep that won’t break the bank.

If you just need a cheap place to put your head that's about all you're going to get. No breakfast no pool no view but you can find broken vending machines dark dirty dingy rooms mold and plenty of leaks

The room was good, the hotel owners were nice, and it was a good place to rest.

We were put into a room that was still under construction with doors that wouldn’t close and it wouldn’t open outlets that did not work a refrigerator in the middle of the room Of course there was no coffee maker. There were no blankets for the beds sheets only, the motel was probably built in the early 60s. And needed so many cosmetic things it should not have been available for guests until the renovation was completed, Access to the bathroom was through a 24 inch door of course nothing was ADA compliant. What is the most irritating things was none of the outlets worked two were available that did not function and the third. The refrigerator was plugged into across the room.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Don’t stay here unless you’re in the market for second-hand smoke from the tar that’s built up on the walls, bedbugs, probable scabies, and whatever else can live in that abomination. Shocked this place is passable.

Over $80 a night here is asinine. The furniture, appliances, walls, doors, floors etc need to be replaced. Better off knocking the whole hotel down and starting over. Big roach in room, water turned off in the whole hotel for a few hours, booked a non smoking room and they only had smoking when I arrived. HORRIBLE

Hotel Blue was clean and neat. It wasn't fancy, just simple and accomodating. It was larger than I expected, and recently renovated. The bathroom was clean. There were no frills. One small bar of soap. Nothing else. That was enough. Shower was pleasant, air conditioning worked. Even though I checked in relatively early, I had to speak through a small glass window to someone who didn't speak English well. She also wasn't pleasant.

It was a total flop. Three rooms later, and still had problems with the AC Old on the ceilings and walls and peeling paint. The total disgusting place yet experience would not refund my money. I checked in, dropped my bags and left for four hours to come back to find that the AC was not working Three rooms later and then speaking with someone at Experian to find out they would not refund my money. I then had no choice but to stay. Thanks for your terrible service. This will all go down on my YouTube influencer channel.

The most horrific hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Roaches, mold, brown water, dirty linens, musty smell, scorch marks, poor upkeep… the list goes on. I figured one night in this cheap hotel couldn’t be so bad, but forget about cheap this hotel should not be in operation! Cannot possibly be legal.

Hotel Blue was a quick stay to go to Burning Man Bike Event location was perfect,clean nice room . People working there were very nice Convenient location,very quiet Would stay again

Toilet was cracked, not leaking, but missing a piece. Smelled like smoke. Otherwise, was adequate.

Not bad for the price, a little dated. No frills, we would stay again.

It was a weired experience there was roaches everywhere small and big ones and besides that dirty walls and bathroom.

FILTHY ROOM: MULTIPLE HAIRS IN BEDS, STAINS ON SHEETS AND PILLOWS, DIRTY STREAKS ON FURNITURE. THE OWNER TOLD ASKED ME WHAT I EXPECTED FOR A LOCAL HOTEL. (JUST A CLEAN PLACE TO STAY IS ALL WE WANTED). WE COULD NOT STAY THERE AND HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA TOO. DO NOT STAY HERE AND DON’T TRUST EXPEDIA!

This motels in outstanding value if you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this is a great place well lit, safe and quiet. You can park right in front of your room and walk in the door. I will certainly stay here next year when I come back to Deland.

When I arrived, I was told they could not accommodate me due to the boiler, not working, and no hot water, which I understand these things happen, but no one reached out to me, and that left me scrambling to find a place to stay on a Friday night, which cost me a lot more money

Bathroom was dirty, blood on the wall, leftover dirty linen. Checked in at 8pm lobby doors already locked. Purchased a King bed, none available when we checked in. Ended up getting two double beds. Cant complain only paid $100 for the room. That should have said it all.
