The property had a very nice view of the lake, the lanscaping was beautiful, and ample space to sit out and enjoy the backyrard/patio. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked.

We found the bed to be small (primarily becuase we are accustomed to a king size bed).

This was a really cute house with great ground, gardens, and views. There was even a sweet and adorable cat that hung around outside, sometimes appearing right on the window sill! The weather was terrible or else we would have taken advantage of the great yard. Lots of seating and so beautiful! It was the perfect spot for us to get to a wedding nearby at the Abbey Inn and Spa, just over ten minutes away by car. We liked the separate unit that was downstairs. The house itself was so cute and very cozy, with thoughtful decor! It seemed to have everything we needed, although we didn't do any cooking or anything like that. Close to the little town of Peekskill which we checked out for lunch on Saturday.

Just about coffee really... It would be helpful to let guests know that there's a nespresso machine (and the type) so that they can bring pods because I'm not sure where you'd buy them nearby. There was also a large-ish mokapot which is what we used--though kind of a pain for a group of big coffee drinkers. Just a basic coffee pot or even a french press would be better as an addition to the kitchen!
