It was in a great location!!! Easy accessible for disabilities and elderly. Great holiday accommodation! The cleaners were in as we were leaving and were really friendly and understanding that we were slightly behind checking out time due to disabilities. Definitely recommend!

The weather 😄....it was dry and lovely but it was overcast!

The property was basic but clean just what we wanted for a couple of nights stay. Parking was close to caravan

The smoke alarm going off at the early hours of the morning which was frustrating.

Brilliant location, lovely caravan for a short break. Cooker didn’t work when we tried the first morning but was fixed within the first hour. Brilliant response from the management team. Would def book again

Caravan was lovely and perfectly situated very close to everything

On arrival we noticed that there was a stain on one of the sofa cushions

Properly was situated very nicely near all nearby attractions making it very accessible and parking was very nice and close, another parking permit would of been good to save paying for parking daily, but was good none the less for how close we was to all we needed.

Arrived to a broken plastic deck chair which we was unaware was broken causing one of my children to fail when attempting to sit in the chair hurting their leg in the process, nothing major, but chair could’ve been removed to prevent the fall. The sofa bed was completely inadequate, had to sleep on the floor as the bed was completely unstable and would not stay in the correct position with absolutely zero support for anyone to even sit in the bed let alone sleep on it. was extremely disappointed as we were expecting to sleep 7 people comfortably but was unable to due to this issue, I myself on the floor and my partner sleeping in the sofa as there was no other option for sleeping. Both access doors to the property were super stiff causing so much noise and commotion to open, locking and unlocking the doors was also super stiff fearing I would snap the key some times as the tension just didn’t seem to ease at all when attempting to lock/unlock the door.

The location was great close to shops and the theme park. The kids loved it because it was easy to walk to shops and the rides.

The reception was poor. When we got to the caravan, there was no key in the safe so I called the caretaker who told us to wait for 10 minutes and she will bring the key to us but it turns to be an hour plus. It was very disappointing and was not happy at all. Secondly, when we got to the caravan after hours of waiting, one of the mattresses, duvet cover, and pillows was covered in blood stains. Dust everywhere and pets' hair on the sofa. On the third day, the hot water stopped working and could not be fixed until we left the caravan. Very disappointing and we are not happy at all. Next time get a good cleaner and maintenance for the caravan.

Location was very good I would go again to same caravan. Very dog friendly

Hoover would be nice and somewhere to hang your coat.
