spacious enough for one person, good value for the location near Heathrow

It started very weird as there is no staff in the afternoon/evening so I had to retrieve the building fob key from the mirror of a car parked in front of the building (very unsafe procedure). Then when I reached the flat the door was not locked and the washing machine was in use (it was 5pm so nobody should have been using the flat I booked). the keys were inside on the table but then I realized that there was no cutlery at all, the tv remote was not working and not coffee/tea cups and no tea/coffee bags. After calling the number given during the booking the staff told me he needed 1 hour to arrive with the cutlery as no staff is around. It took him 1h30 to arrive and to realize that somebody had stolen all the cutlery, cups and tv remove control. I never felt so unsafe not knowing who in the building was using the washing machine in the flat, stole stuff there and could have copied the key left on the table. such an unsafe procedure. Then you are misled to think you can access the airport but in fact you need a taxi for even Terminal 4, the closest one. You will need to use apps for ordering food and taxis as nothing is around. Be aware that taxis around the airport are playing a tricky game. if you book the night before you will be charge £30 extra so wait in the morning using Uber or Bolt. However when you do that in the morning and because they know you must be catching a flight the first 3 drivers will pick your request and cancel it until suddenly a pop-up arrive (with Bolt) asking you if you want to pay extra to secure a driver. surprise surprise after accepting to pay extra not to miss my flight then the driver 2 who canceled on me took the job back. back practice from the apartment company, bad practice from the local taxi companies. to be avoided.

I had booked Last minute due to a flight cancellation at 11pm and the upon booking I was called and guided to the property which was truly amazing! They even helped me with my invoice to send to the airline for refund for my stay :-) The location is perfect to the airport!!!! I walked to Terminal 4 in 10 mins. But the taxi is cheap as it’s minutes away. the room was very spacious and had everything I needed + More They have a top spec computer & printer so I carried out all the work I needed too. Truly an amazing Apartment. The views were beautiful and refreshing as you can see the flights landing too The staff have been more than helpful and ensured I travelled all across London using the Underground station which is very close to the Apartment Thank you

Really, really spacious for a studio. Very close to airport (I walked to T4). Desktop computer so I could work. Fast WiFi. All mod cons. Cleaning supplies.

Cleaning was a bit superficial, should prolly throw out stuff from previous guests. Only one openable window...some air quality regulating technology in the building I think.

Cleanliness and easy check-in very accommodating

The property was very cozy and clean but also modern, it has everything you need in it. Communication was great would recommend.
