We just needed 4 walls and a bed before the ferry. Inexpensive and clean enough. Don't stay here longer than 1 night, 2 maximum. Excellent staff.

Wifi password was not provided by the staff and no phone inside the room. I went to the reception and the ofc was closed. No one was answering the call.

The tub drain was plugged so showering, you're standing in water

We got the last room of the motel. We were surprised at how small the room was. They had a lot of unnecessary pieces of furniture in it. But, we all had a great sleep on those queen beds.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating - would stay again. A bit loud with the highway traffic on the lobby side of the hotel however, so would suggest requesting a room at the back of the building instead.

Very noisy, chair dirty

Cheap and cheerful place to stay near the ferry terminal and handy to much of Nanaimo. It's between a couple of busy roads so you will hear some traffic noise. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. We were missing towels on arrival, quickly rectified with a call to the front desk. The window mounted AC unit was great to cool down after a very hot day. We had paid extra for a kitchenette as we had food with us but were disappointed to find the freezer unusable as they were completely sealed with ice/frost. The "all in one" kitchen units are ancient and begging for an update.

Last minute booking, service was great as we could only check in at 1 a.m. The room was clean and very comfortable with modern fixtures. Only neg was the clients above us. We could hear them walking around & was quite loud even at 3 a.m. Every time we got woken up like what sounded “like an elephant” stomping in the room above us. Will recommend this motel for the price, service & cleanliness

Was a nice little motel close to ferry terminal with friendly staff

Was given a room up by the office and highway. Once inside, immediately noticed how loud the traffic was, and saw a small bloodstain on the top of the comforter. Immediately went back to the office to advise them, and was offered an upgrade to a room with king bed and kitchenette. Which had just been fixed from a water leak in the ceiling, and still had wet/stained ceiling tiles. But that room was quiet, and good enough for a night's rest before an early ferry the next day.

Perfect place to stay

Our ferry was delayed resulting in us arriving in the wee hours of the morning. I was worried since check in closed at midnight. I called ahead and they offered to get up to let us in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating . It was such a relief to find affordable, safe , and comfortable accommodation so close to the ferry terminal! Wonderful hospitality!
