Once I found it it was alright.

I didn't get directions to find the place once I got off the bus. It was very dark and freezing cold. I asked a passerby and got propersitioned . Not a Good experience. I came from Spain so didn't have internet to look up the directions. It took me over an hour to find it and I was very angry. I need a place on my return journey but after my experience I won't be returning. Getting in with the key fob was a nightmare.

Was clean, and straight forward

No TV or anything to do if you wanted a rest from a busy day. We also asked the vendor about any charge zones, to be told no, now we have 2x £90 fines for driving to and from the hotel. Room was also very hot no matter if the window was open or not.

Very friendly host, who helped me get inside the building, no matter late hour. Very cosy room with a very clean bathroom. Bottle of water and snack included.

Breakfast was not included, hence no comment. Location was good for my purpose.

It was exceptionally clean. The window was ajar and a stand alone fan was provided. The bed was huge and quite comfortable. I laid on top of the duvet as it was a hot night and slept well. There was a proper bath towel of good quality and the shower room was well equipped. It was also a good price. I would return.

Unfortunately it's very noisy due to the planes, but that can't be changed as it is close to Heathrow.
