Heavy metal music at top Volume played throughout the whole building until 6am couldn’t not get one bit of sleep and left with a migraine to a full day of travelling the next day! Not sound proof like advertised! Such a shame because room was beautiful and extremely cleanly and comfortable. Would appreciate the owner to get in contact me regarding this as soon as possible as I stayed here after a day procedure in Kingsbridge private hospital for a good nights rest to travel back to Donegal the next day!

Very clean and well appointed room with lovely fresh smell. Very comfortable bed and tastefully decorated. Lovely and quiet too.

The property did not have a lift and we were on the top floor so a bit difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

It would be nice to meet someone on arrival, or at some stage during the stay. It was a little soulless. The shower is lethal as it was very shiny and slippery. It needs a shower mat or something to make it safe. Also it needs some storage for the soap dispenser etc. More storage is also needed in the bathroom for toiletries. An extra bottle of water for the second nights stay would have been good, tho it was nice to have had one provided on day one.

Convenient City Centre location. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Perfect for our stay.

It was really nice, clean and comfortable. The coffee shop next door also dose really nice coffee and lovely staff. Will be booking here again when I am next in derry!

This accommodation ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money, comfort and location! The location couldn't be any more central; its located above a busy coffee shop/wine bar within a 2 min walk to all the bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern and have everything you need. The staff were so nice and give me some recommendations on where to eat/drink. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely be back!!!

The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was great, very close to the necessary places for a tourist. However, I think there should be a mini tea/coffee station in the room, and I tried to use the heaters but they weren’t heating up as I’d like. Regardless, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend.
