Mr. Haroon was really helpful and quick to respond to our needs. He listens well and takes care of everything promptly.

I had a bit hygiene problem in the washroom, which Mr Haroon quickly found and helped us with.

Person asked me to show marriage certificate,I didn't travel with that, never happened this to me, then he asked for my family photos and i showed him. Then he allowed me to stay I found this unethical. Another thing is i asked for plates in my room 2 times ... They forget and then i had to call 2 more time for iron ... Less responsive

Mr. Haroon goes out of his way to cater to the needs of hotel guests & helps as much as he can. Although, the room amenities, as mentioned in the facility list, were not present in all rooms (changed multiple rooms due to noisy guests), but Mr. Haroon made sure to make the stay as comfortable as possible & patiently received all the suggestions while making improvements. It'd be great if staff could communicate in English as lahore is a major tourist destination. It'd be best if floors are categorized as smoking & non-smoking so those who don't smoke can stay comfortably without needing to change the rooms. If this hotel earned a good name for itself, it'd only be because of Mr. Haroon's dedication towards providing the guests with what the property promises, which he's shown.

The fact that I constantly had to remind the staff to cover the food when delivered. The staff definitely needs proper hospitality training. All guests should be politely reminded to read the rules behind every door so that they don't act as if they're at daddy's place playing loud music at 3am & smoking in the corridor while talking loudly. The cleaning staff must be taught to handle property & its possessions with care. They were throwing around stuff & slamming doors at times.

Its a new Hotel and very neat and clean. Had great stay and staff was very welcoming. Mr. Haroon was very hospitable and ensured comfortable stay.

Breakfast staff needs to be more quick

This is a new hotel of Shelton group and I have been staying at their hotels in Lahore and Islamabad and always found them very welcoming. Very neat and clean rooms with very nice ambience and atmosphere. Rooms decor is very good. Also met Met Director Mr. Haroon who was reception and meeting all guests personally and were taking feedback from them. Suggested one or two minor improvements and he called the staff immediately to do the needful.

The shelton hotels are a growing brand and providing great staying vacation. I have tried their 6 hotels an all of them are exceptionally great. Courteous staff can accomodate your requests as per need. Shelton boulevard rooms are comfortable n cozy. Neat and clean, highly recommended and light on pocket.
