Excellent stay. We stayed here before and came back again

One of the bedrooms bedding had an odour. Reported it to the host and this was rectified with a replacement bedding set straight away. Customer services was excellent. Host personally visited to make sure everything was OK.

The property itself was lovely, spacious, clean and modern. The host was responsive to our communications throughout our 1 week stay.

The lockbox code given to us prior to check in was incorrect. The front door handle is extremely loose wobbly making it a challenge to open the door from both sides with the worry that it might just come off. We had a big heating issue, during quite a cold and wet period, which the host did attempt to fix and provided temporary solution in the form of portable heaters, but relied quite heavily on the guests to remain on standby to try different solutions. A small credit was offered as a form of compensation although we asked for this also to be extended to include a slightly late check out, which was refused. The road on which the property is located is quite tight and difficult to get car out of driveway (if you have a medium-big car) due to other vans being parked quite close.
