Popó de perro cerca de la alberca, gatos arriba de las hamacas, no había agua caliente, nunca funcionó su tv, poniéndole la contraseña de WiFi. Las almohadas demasiado altas y duras, entraba luz en la habitación me toco la 8. Cumplió por la única noche que iba.

Nice tropical grounds with a small pool and cooking/ eating area. Clean , nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds and hot water shower. Friendly staff. Exactly as shown on site. Would be a great place once the maya train line is completed.

Constant dump trucks from Maya train heard 20 hrs. A day on main highway aprox. 300 m. away. From room. Pool was small and full of children jumping around. No chlorine tablets in pod. So water a little slimy. Other guests/ families took over the kitchen using all the pots and pans, so unable to use. No coffee pot. Other guests where not friendly at all.( but of course not the hotels fault). I booked 4 nights and stayed only 2 because of the noise from trucks and the constant crying from 2 toddlers and walking in dog poop going to my car parked in front of the kitchen every day.

The pool was very nice

The bed was so small that you can't rent it as double room. We are very small people, but it has a maximum of 1,20 so it was very uncomftable. The location is on the dangerous highway, far away from everything, you always need a taxi

El lugar y el concepto están muy bien... La alberca está ideal. La persona que me atendió me dio un buen servicio, muy atento.

Está en las afueras de Bacalar.

Los cuartos son muy bonitos, cómodos y espaciosos. La atención y limpieza son inmejorables.

La ubicación :( el mapa marca que está en el centro de Bacalar cuando realmente está a las afueras. (Búsquenlo en Google Maps).

No vayan no está limpio no te dan colchas y aparte no hay servicio de agua caliente y para el costo no se me hizo justo

Très sympa, chaque chambre a son emplacement terrasse avec chaise et hamac. Une cuisine commune permet de se préparer à manger

-Lautstärke der Hauptverkehrsstraße (Unterkunft direkt daneben) -ab und zu fehlte warmes Wasser (Solaranlage) - ca. 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt

In 3 nights I could o my shower with hot water once. Apparently they did some renovation that is causing issues and don’t have a plan B for these cases. It is very close to the main road which is a bit noisy (even during the night).

Nice and remote location, rooms are big and clean. A great garden with a pool to dip in and a kitchen you can use to cook if you like to. Hotel run by a nice and friendly family. We have stayed a extra night really enjoyable!

This is very basic but worked great for a reasonable place to stay - super clean - iffy WiFi but really amazing for the price - comfy bed - good shower - be sure and bring your own shampoo

Excellent séjour au Bacalar Sunshine, nous avons même prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire. Piscine, cuisine commune très agréable et accueil chaleureux

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean and new with lots of amenities. It was a great value for the money and I would happily stay here again.

It was a bit far from town to walk everyday, but it would only be a 5 minute bike ride.
