We loved staying on the farm. A refreshing 2 day break and a wonderful welcome. The highlight of the stay was helping to feed the animals. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Hugh and Sarah, for making us feel at home in your home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We stumbled across Withy Farm looking for a quiet place to stay for a night on the English south coast. At first we were skeptical because it wasn't on the coast at all, but the charm convinced us to book there. What a hit!!! S. and H. are such great hosts and such lovely people that we immediately thought we were staying with friends. Feel like home! Oh thank you! In the evening we had nice conversations and then went to bed blissfully. The next morning there was plenty and variety to eat, much of it from our own production. Yes, and then there were the pigs, the goats, the geese, the chickens, the cats and the dogs. Cuddling, scratching, stroking without end. Thank you for letting us share a brief moment with you!!

It was a last minute booking and by far the best booking, From start to finish Hugh and Sarah made us so welcome, from even booking us a restaurant for our anniversary ❤️. The farm again brilliant, the breakfast was filling and lots of it. Loved loved our stay. Didn't want to leave . Thank u making our anniversary special.. x

No fault of the stay, but another guest was snoring so loud next room it kept me awake.

What a special place. We felt very lucky to have found Withy Farm and been invited to share Hugh + Sarah’s home. Location is wonderful, down a quiet lane, surrounded by orchards. Our hosts treated us like extended family. Our room and ensuite shower were excellent. Breakfast was very good and Sarah made gluten free croissants, as well as offering a full range of other gluten free cereals. We were welcomed with fresh cakes and banana bread. We were only there for one night, but hope we have made friends for life.

The location and the hosts. Location was brilliant for us as we were attending a wedding five minutes down the road. Its also in the middle of the gorgeous Kent countryside. The hosts were super helpful and went above and beyond for us during our stay. We also had a very tasty breakfast, including one of the best homemade banana bread we’ve ever had!

A delightfully varied small farm full of interest, within the peaceful Kent countryside, together with refreshingly content hosts - perfect!

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, tho free access to the amazing kitchen was welcomed at all times.
