We loved this place purely for the setting. It is beautiful. The chalet was clean and you are right in touch with wildlife in the rainforest, little tropical fish in the stream, big butterflies and friendliest dog you’ve ever met escorted us around the property. There is a pool and we were the only people there. There was a type of green flashing firefly at night, it was spectacular, and Toucans in the trees.

The bed was on the hard side and there are no on site facilities for food or drink so you’d be advised to visit the supermarket before you get here. The nearest restaurant Apaches which has great reviews, is closed on a Tuesday, the day we stayed. The drive down to Siquerres, around 10km, is no fun at night and make sure you remember the track to the property as there are no lights and it is easy to miss in the dark. Insect repellent a must.

Tout était juste sublime. Le cadre au milieu de la nature . Le bungalow était juste génial et très moderne, on a adoré ! S’est un endroit à voir absolument !

Die Lage mitten im Wald war das beste. Sehr ruhig. Man kann Vögel beobachten.

Wir hatten in unserer Hütte kein WiFi wie beschrieben. Nur geringe Klimatisierung.

This is an amazing spot - so beautiful - but it is a work in progress (!). One day it will be entirely amazing. The garden and the pool are wonderful and since we were the only people there it was like a private magical world and we had a wonderful evening and morning enjoying it. Bladimir the caretaker is very helpful and kind - he responds to what’s app messages immediately and came to meet us on the road (we came by bus) which was super nice. However, please note he speaks only Spanish. The cabin and balcony are extremely nice - spotlessly clean and with very comfortable big bed and sofa bed.

Just for information, there’s no food and no place to eat nearby - we suspected that might be the case and took snacks/food with us. There are drinks in the fridge (maybe increase the amount of beer, although Bladimir did offer to bring us more!) and there is coffee for the morning.

The reservation was made through booking.com. We didn't get to the accommodation at all. Nobody knew about us. After some time we called, but even then we didn't stay. WARNING BEFORE BOOKING

The place is like heaven. So peaceful and beautiful surrounded by nature. We stayed a night in the chalet and it was the perfekt stay for us. The chalet is well equipped and has a bathroom and a nice hot shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
