Washrooms accessories were not repaired

Nothing to like about this place.

No one replied to our messages or picked up our calls. When we reached there after travelling whole day from another city we came to know that the booked place is not available. We had to wait for an hour with my sick mother and had to argue with the available person to give us some alternate for the night atleast. The responsible person was not even available at the office. An office boy dealt with us and gave us a smaller 1 room apartment somewhere else as an alternative for the night. We booked 3 rooms apartment here. After huge argument with the office boy because all of us couldn’t fit in 1 room apartment, he gave us a 2 room apartment with more price than the actual booked 3 room. He took cash from us and didn’t even give us any receipt for the record.
