I'm just going to add that if you need a location close to the Lost World of Tambun, this property will be your best bet for some time now, providing the "home stay ban" is resolved. The Onset condo that is right next to Tambun may not be suitable for quite a while due to very heavy construction taking place until late evening (they are building a shopping mall) with heavy machinery used that make awful amount of noise. The Cove on the other hand offers peace, quiet ad tranquility during the day and night and is 10 mins away from the theme park.

The unit is new and clean, everything was fresh so it's a big plus because it's rather rare to find a sparkling clean property. It's also spacious and pleasantly decorated. The pool is amazing, very long and overlooking the limestones and the jungle. Beautiful setting. The location is close to Aeon Mall and Lost World of Tambun. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

The bedrooms though spacious, were packed with additional beds to accommodate more people. Each bedroom has an extra twin bed which completely cluttered the space and was unusable during the day so all of us had to use the living room during the day and there is not enough comfortable seating to accommodate more people. It was very hot at night and if you don't like your AC on it will be extremely stuffy. We didn't have a good sleep. There were some items missing such as butter knives and cutting knives, soap in the bathroom and shower, drying rack for clothes and there is no wardrobe so nowhere to put your clothes if you are staying longer. The most concerning issue was that the entire building is plastered with big red "no homestay" signs and the information about it is also displayed in public areas. We talked to the host about it and she says they are waiting for official meeting but one does feel a bit strange and stressed.No one approached us about it but tit was rather uncomfortable.
