This hotel is really clean well equipped and breakfast is pretty good coffee and and tea 24/7 and Staff is really helpful and attentive walking distance to target and stores a lot fast food place in the shopping center the Hotel is located on.

First time taveling with a pet and it was wonderful. I have stayed her in the past and it’s always great. The location is perfect for us to visit with family.

The atmosphere was electric. The hotel was super modern. The pool table was great. The room was great. Breakfast was good. The staff were so friendly. It was so clean!

Good visit

This is a nice property. I'm not sure if it recently underwent a remodel but it I really like the way it looks. The lobby is cozy and inviting. There was an unfortunate mishap and the room we reserved was not available. Jennifer and the entire desk staff was sincere in their apologizes and did what they could to accommodate and make us comfortable. The heater in our room was not working properly. Thank goodness for Carlos! He was so sweet and had it working in less than 30 minutes! The only real negative we had was the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair behind the toilet, in the shower, on the floor in front of the shower, and on the counter. It's as if dirty or used towels were used to "clean". I might suggest housekeeping vacuum the floors when donr cleaning to pick up hairs. There was even hair on the bed (which made me question if the sheets had been changed. Black light indicated sheets were ok) The lamp on the night table was quite dusty as well. Other than the housekeeping issues, our stay was nice and we would stay again.

Nice hotel except for all the smokers. Issue was with the smoking section right next to the pool. Lots of people smoking in the pool area and next to it. When I complained to management about the smoking they just told them to move to a seat next to the pool area. The smokers were all still there smoking just a foot away so why bother? I have asthma and I had my 8 year old grandson with me. He found a cigarette butt in the pool. Why they would allow smoking next to the pool is very strange to me. I understand they are accommodating their smokers, but it’s at the expense of their non-smoking guests. Very bad for children to breathe in second hand smoke. I would not recommend this Hotel if smoking bothers you or if you have children and want them to use the pool. I switched to the Hyatt and made sure there was no smoking allowed in or near their pool. Texas is a smoking state so my advice is to call and find out where they allow smoking on their property first before booking.

Came in for a college football game. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was the floor in the shower. It gets really slippery when soap and water gets on it. Will definitely stay again. Plenty of eating options in area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel it was covienent to have your room cleanen when you had a pet. However the staff would provide you with what ever you needed. Poor choice in having white floors.

I liked the quick and easy check-in because we checked in at 2:00a.m. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was extraordinarily good each day! Loved it! I especially enjoyed the pet-friendly policy and price!

The facility seems very new and everything is clean and in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very nice.

The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The TVs are bigger than most hotels and the area to cook and prep for food is amazing. I will definitely be back.

The location was perfect for us (we are from out of town). The room was spacious enough to have a late Christmas with our adult children before going to dinner. It was also perfectly located to spend New Year's Eve with our friends that leave in that area. I really like the design and decisions in the room plus all the amenities.

The concierge Bridget was the worst customer service representative I had ever had to deal with. I will never stay at a Hilton property because of the way I was treated at this property the general manager Robin was not much better she wanted to back Bridget with a lie that I showed her that I knew was a lie.

The hotel was very nice, clean with a very clean smell. Located in a quiet environment in a busy area of town where you have easy access to gas stations, Cosco, Target, Walmart, restaurants and banking. We spent just one short night at this hotel. We wish we stayed longer.

The bed was fantastic, the room was wasted space that could have been given to the Tru side where I spent as much money. But the towels were the worst towels I have ever had,so rough they scratched my skin.

Accommodations were clean and spacious. Despite construction nearby the area was relatively quiet. The toaster was broken in the Tru side breakfast area so y on couldn’t toast your bagels or bread, but the complimentary breakfast was pretty typical of what you would find at other places. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the excellent staff all the way to the cleanliness of the room the whole place was just excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone I know for sure.
