We booked this b&b because of the rave reviews it got. It deserves all of them. It was a magical place. Great location and the inside was just beautiful! We loved the family room (comfy beds, super clean, it has everything you could possibly need). Michael was very friendly. I could have sat in the breakfast room all day… the view, the decorations.. we loved it all.

The breakfast was good continental and the service was prompt and very friendly. The property had a great ambiance and attention to detail. The location is ideal for walking into Matlock and Matlock Bath. Micheal the host was extremely helpful.

The property is stunning and exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic and Michael was a great host, welcoming and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

Absolutely everything about this B&B was perfect , location, accomodation,breakfast,service and value for money it was all superb. This is definitely one of the best places we have stayed and the owner Michael was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay ! The property is in perfect location. The house and rooms are in immaculate condition and offer warm respite. We were impressed by the lovely day decor all the way through the house. Michael was so friendly and the ultimate host and had a great recommendations of local restaurants and activities. Our kids and pooch also loved it as they were welcomed by lovely treats 😊 We look forward to stay again!

Absolutely nothing not to like. The owner Michael has done a renovation to the highest of standards absolutely stunning. Everything was to perfection. The decor is beautiful. Will definitely recommend & will visit again.
