Central location for walking around Cheltenham. Private parking adjacent; room comfortable with good facilities; automated entry process worked well;

Minor observations: Actual Car park entrance not entirely clear ("no entry" sign masked code pad); Had to try and avoid pulses from aromatic air freshener in lobby! (wife is very sensitive to these); Intermittent background noise in room (from air con?) which did stop overnight.

Fabulous property that was well equipped with all mod cons including a coffee machine, clothes steamer and hair dryer amongst others! Very clean and brilliant communication with and early check in too! Great location.

Only thing was karaoke on downstairs til 11pm but it was a Saturday night so this is fair enough! We had food in the Filipino restaurant where this happens and it was delicious.

Room was big and spacious. Well located

It was good a magnifying mirror was provided but it needed cleaning was very smeary

The accommodation was well organised and presented

Noise from the bar bellow until midnight. Noise from the flat above at 5am. Bright ceilling LED that made sleeping more difficult.

Excellent stylish, comfortable and clean accommodation in central location with all mod cons and facilities with the additional benefit of private car parking. Crescent Place offers outstanding value...5 start luxury for competitive rates.

Bed was super comfy, shower was spacious with nice smelling products to use. Great location, 2 minute walk from town centre

Only negative from our experience was under the bed was very dusty and had empty wrappers from previous guests. But overall it was a lovely stay!
