La struttura si trova al 7° piano di una zona residenziale ma comoda per chi vuole essere collegato all aeroporto. 2 passi dalla fermata metro Olivais. Le camere fanno parte di un appartamento suddiviso con soggiorno e cucina in comune ma su richiesta bagno privato. Ottima pulizia, struttura appena ristrutturata e grande accoglienza del proprietario che si impegna molto a far vivere la vacanza nel migliore dei modi. Presumo faccia tutto lui tra pulizia e gestione e offre gentilmente anche la colazione.

Non facilissimo da trovare tra palazzi ma il gestore è molto preciso nel dare indicazioni su WhatsApp. La camera è in un appartamenti condiviso ma tutto ok.

Nice and clean

Trata-se de um apartamento compartilhado. Nosso quarto tinha banheiro, mas não tinha ar condicionado, nem ventilador. Fomos bem recebidos, tinha água e algumas coisas pra comer. A intenção era ficar próximo ao aeroporto porque meu voo era bem cedo, então a localização me serviu, próxima a um shopping, tem segurança na rua. Porém o valor da diária não corresponde ao que o apto oferece.

Roupas de cama amassada, limpeza e falta de ar condicionado.

Das Zimmer war für unsere Zwecke völlig in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war etwas mager bzw. die Auswahlvielfalt hätte was größer sein können. Im unseren Zimmer fehlte einzig und allein irgendeine Möglichkeit, etwas aufzuhängen, also Haken an der Tür und/ oder an der Wand hätten oben noch geholfen.

Very good location, 2mins from the metro station by walk, and 2 stops away from the Oriente station (4mins on the metro). The place is quite and safe, with all facilities around. This is a home stay apartment with 4 individual rooms. I stay at the 4th. The room is clean and tidy, with a small sweet balcony. The public region includes a large living room, a kitchen, I can use the refrigerator related to the room number. The bathroom is private, also clean and nice. I feel really comfortable here and fell like I am in my own cozy studio. Besides, Breakfast is included. I arrived at around the 00:10, the owner is really kind and prepare me everything including the drinkable water, the welcome food, etc. The owner also explains me how to use the facilities of the home stay patiently. Briefly, highly recommended and definitely worth to try. And I could say this is my best stay experience during my 11 days’ trip in Portugal so far.
