This place is good for someone who is going to be in the area for more than a week and is on a budget. The only draw back is their 21 day max stay policy, which is inconvenient for some who maybe in the area for longer. It is a no frills kind of place, but the staff is freindly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when we travel to the bay area to work on our rentals. We have been in a variety of rooms. This room did not have the box that contains the kitchen utensils. The bathroom door is scuffed, peeling, tub is spattered with? Screen in the bed area is crunched. Small things but this can appear unappealing to many. This is a non smoking hotel, our room smelled slightly of smoke, the corridor on the 4th floor smelled of smoke. The plus we had a full size coffee pot, bring your own coffee and filter. Great for us that get up early and want a couple of cups of coffee and then some to go in our travel mugs. Love the fact the windows open, the windows are double paned and cut the exterior noise from the highway, the room is very quiet.

It was a great deal for $95. I have a bad back and the only problem was the bed was too soft for my back.

Nothing! They advertise the pool available that's the reason I picked this place they didn't tell me the pool was temporarily unavailable I had to ask ! The bathroom was also horrible I took a shower the shower head only partially worked the towel I dried myself with had hair in the towel mind you a clean towel wasn't mine. Totally and horribly dissatisfied with the service and the room but that was my only choice to stay there. Thank God only when I wish they would refund my money back. Please help me!

The room had an odor upon arrival, and the floor was dirty. There was a tub of dishes under the cabinet but very minimal and low quality. Bed was ok, nothing crazy, but didn't hurt my back so that's a plus. Only 2 pillows and I had to go to the office to get more. Hot Tub was barely luke warm and jets did not work. It's a cheap hotel, and it lives up to that.

Elevator was broken for approx 2 weeks. I had a 17 day stay there in a studio. Love it. Been staying here for over 40years. They have not returned the deposit as promised. Do it Today!
