The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient to shops/ restaurants.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I liked everything about this place.

Lack of bath towels, floor towels and other usual items in the room like mats, paper tissues etc.

Convenient to shops nearby and lots of restaurants within a walking distance.

Everything about it. I don't know how this place gets such high ratings, This is located on the main road, which is very busy and noisy. This place is definitely not ideal for any stay longer than one day. The staff on the first day were more interested in just taking our paymets instead of creating friendly conversations and welcoming us. The lady staff at check in when we checked in looked like she didn't even wanna be there, no smiles at all ! She acted like we were an inconvenience to her day! Such a bad look. We even asked about parking as we had a rental car and they both didn't even care to explain anything, only mentioned that they had limited car park at the back of the hotel but didn't explain how to get there. We then headed to our room and found that the bed sheets were stained either with food or old blood stains, called reception straight away and she came up to the room with a housekeeper to change our bed sheets, while they were changing sheets they kept talking in their language and laughing, sorry but this is just pure rude. Who knows what they were talking about. Im pretty sure all rooms are DOUBLE BEDs but they really are small !! Were not big people but still struggled to have a goodnight sleep as the bed felt so small. Our room was next door to another restaurant, and was very noisy, our backyard was also someone else backyard so it was very noisy from those peoples house. The restaurant downstairs play music at night during dinner time and its very loud! And you can hear the bass thumping through the floor. Wifi will cost $10 extra charge. The room doesn't have bedside lamps, the bathroom also doesn't have any face cloths, just two towels and a bath mat. The restaurant downstairs was okay, we had problems with our meal, we ordered a prawn salad $28 and you get only 6 tiny prawns but mostly salad. Our prawns were so burnt that they shrunk and barely have anything left to eat.

The hotel is new and clean. It will do for a night or two. The staff was friendly. It is close to the airport. There were some decent restaurant options in the area.

There is nothing to do or see in the area and too far to walk anywhere. There is nothing to do at the hotel. There was unnecessary noise and music coming from the bar/restaurant area of the hotel. The pool is the kind of pool you don't really want to use. The only light in the room is the ceiling light which is 100% white and very bright and unpleasant. It was not pleasant to stay in the room. The electricity went out in my room, so I changed room. Then the air-conditioning didn't work in the new room.

Absolutely amazing staff, very helpful and always knew my name. The location was perfect, very close to the airport and walking distance to Nadi centre, bus stop just outside the hotels door.

Internet wasn't in the room, only in the lobby area.

Immaculately clean, super comfy and well equipped room. The staff were lovely and helpful. Location in town makes it perfect for easy access to the airport. Close to some nice places to eat (Small Plates and Broadys Bar). I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Great value for money.

Not somewhere I'd stay long term as it's in the town but perfect for the airport.

The location was central to shopping, restaurant, entertainment, bars & family

There were no bed side lights

Friendly staff, clean building, comfortable clean room. Near shopping centres & supermarket, restaurants and bars. Hotel booked a taxi to airport for me when the one I had booked on line @ F$35 had not turned up, hotel booked one was less than F$20? & there within 2-3 minutes @ 06:45 & I was at the airport before 07:00. 24hrs security guard on doorman duty, very pleasant & their presence should reassure you rather than put you off!

TV channels choice was as I was expecting - very limited (6?) descriptions said cable & something else. There was parliament channel, at least one religious channel, sometimes a kids channel, a biased international news channel, and a sports channel that repeatedly showed the same events time & again or under 16s netball, basketball or rugby which was not to a good standard. There was very little entertainment value choice on TV. The outside pool was tiny, basically a plunge pool about 1.2m deep which would take 2-3 strokes to swim the length, it was in shade until lunch time, poolside area was tiny. In 8 days & nights that I was there I didn’t see a single other person using it. I eventually got free access to the a bit larger Mercure hotel pool across the main dual carriageway road.
