Bed was very comfy and I slept well. Courtesy Netflix provided which is a nice touch. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Pool table and dart board if you want a game. Instructions for access were easy to follow. Only a 5 minute drive to the office.

A little cold in the house because the timing of the central didn't match the duration of my stay but this was fully explained to me in a note left by Sam. If I stay here again, it would be great if the central heating was on from 5pm til 10pm and 6am til 7.30am (I can only ask) 😁

Really dirty and in a poor state (especially the bathroom which had a really bad mould problem). No breakfast or food options. WiFi didn't work in the room. Room directly next to shared bedroom (could hear people using the toilet. No staff present (concierge is 11 - 4pm only). Have to call a number for assistance, but I had an overseas number so couldn't call on my tariff.

The rooms were well furnished, very tidy and comfortable. Everyone was thrilled with every aspect of the house and the warm welcome we received. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sheffield.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and cosy. The room was fabulous with nice small touches such as the fresh lavender on the bed. The host was fantastic and accommodating to our times and needs. We had facilities of a brand new hair dryer and iron as well as teas and coffee in the kitchen. Nice location very close to Meadowhall and the arena. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you so much
