Central location but parking was difficult to find, the address of Booking doesn't match the address given by agent, we drove in some random alley way following GPS given by the agent

Deceptive listing; condescending host; Parking was confusing to find; the key to the apartment was difficult to open...When we had an issue with the apartment, the agent got the host to call us - she was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending, telling us over and over again "you can leave and I won't refund" when we didn't even ask for any refund. It was almost 7pm and she told us that we can leave when we already paid. Ridiculous and unprofessional. We asked why we were given another apartment since it didn't match what the title and photos were showing on the listing. She blamed Booking.com for the deceptive listing and told us to talk to Booking.com. She sent me photos on Whatsapp and so did we on our end. She still didn't believe us. When I told her I'll call Booking.com for help after our call, she called them first and had them send us a message via Booking.com inbox. She also accused us of staying with more than 4 people when we had exactly 4 guests. She made no effort to amend the situation. Seems like she just wants to make money and doesn't care at all about the guest's experience. We've traveled to over 25 plus countries all over the world and this is by far the worst out of all. Effectively ruined our first night in LA with this over-priced confusing stay. Luckily it was only for one night. Never again and don't recommend at all.

Location was so great for tourism in and around TCL Chinese theatre, the walk of fame, nearby attractions (hollywood sign). THE AGENT IS AMAZING! Great experience getting the keys, EXCELLENT PARKING! plenty of nearby eateries and shopping. We were there for the sights, not for the place - but the place more than satisfied our needs.

유니버셜 스튜디오 차로10분정도로 위치가 좋았어요. 근처 in &out grocery store 등 편의시설도 있구요. 주차장 및 보안도 잘 되어있고 왠만한 가정집 못지않게 꾸며져 있어요. 요리도 가능한데 해먹지는 못했네요~ 또 이용하고 싶어요^^

단 호텔이 아니다보니 비슷한 건물도 있어서 찾기가 힘들었는데 media tower을 관리하시는 Jong Kim이라는 한인분이 도와주셔서 너무감사했어요. 그래도 문자로 잘 알려주셔서 편하게 물어볼 수 있어서 좋았어요.

The beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom is very small. There is no kettle in the kitchen.

Theming and location are the pros for the accommodation

Bathtubs clogs a lot, found roaches in the bathroom, not easy to check in, host gave us wrong code for the locker, and we had to wait a lot. Beds do not fit two adultos, and mattress won’t hold two adults. Host instructed us, while checking in, not to use the kitchen (which was one of the reasons to book in first place). WiFi instructions weren’t there, and host stopped answering, we had to involve booking to get help. We left a Day early, to check in a hotel and have more comfort.

El apartamento es tal cual como ves en las fotos,es amplio y cómodo,la chica es muy maja y te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas,esta a 15 minutos andando de hollywood bv,si vas andando puedes ver el famoso cartel de Hollywood sin necesidad de ir al parque sacarte la foto,aunque en coche esta a 15 minutos,a unos 10 minutos de un supermercado y hay una gasolinera a nada también. Cogimos el apt. porque ya era los últimos días del viaje y queríamos poder desayunar,comer y cenar tranquilos. Lo único inconveniente era que las camas no tenía somier y una de las camas si hundía,así que mi marido decidió dormir en el sofá. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto,en caso de volver a Los Ángeles volveríamos a coger el mismo apartamento.

The apartment is so cute with all the decoration! Super detailed! They have a great assistance and support if you need. Everything is brand new. It feels like home!
